How to Check Official Phone Using BTRC IMEI Number?
The BTRC issued a statement in August 2021 detailing the unlawfully acquired and imported cell phones. Furthermore, freshly imported unlawful handsets will be removed from the local network through the National Equipment Identity Register (NEIR). Anyone can verify and check the BTRC IMEI code of his smartphone to protect their device from becoming obsolete. This article will give a step-by-step process of verifying the IMEI number of a handset.
What is an IMEI Number?
The term IMEI stands for International Mobile Equipment Identity, a unique number used to recognize a mobile phone on a network. It's like a social security number, except it's given to a phone. An IMEI number comprises 15 digits and is assigned to all GSM phones. The BTRC IMEI is the IMEI number that is given or assigned by the Bangladesh Telecommunication Regulatory Commission (BTRC).
Read Why are Smartphone Makers Increasing Prices?
They have created a database in order to store IMEI numbers, which mobile service providers may access. The user does not need to register the IMEI number they are currently using until June 30, 2021. Over ten million cell phone IMEI numbers have already been registered.
How to Check Official Phone Using BTRC IMEI Number?
So, smartphone buyers should know how to check or verify their BTRC IMEI. Because before purchasing a new smartphone, verify the IMEI of the device with the BTRC to determine whether it was imported illegally and legally in Bangladesh.
People can perform a BTRC IMEI status check following these simple steps:
Find the IMEI of a Smartphone
First, dial a general code *#06#. It will show the 15-digit code, also known as the IMEI number. Every phone has a unique IMEI number. Users will need this number to further check their BTRC IMEI.
Read How to Recognize a Clone Smartphone?
Send a Short Message to BTRC to Verify IMEI
This step requires users to go to their message option and type below term
KYD 15 Digit IMEI
Send the SMS to 16002
Wait for Getting a Verification SMS from BTRC
After sending the request, users will promptly get an instant SMS from the BTRC’s end. This SMS will inform them whether their smartphones have been imported legally or not.

Conclusion
Finally, a crucial reminder for the users is that to register or verify the IMEI number, they should keep the BTRC IMEI verification number safe. Additionally, they should ensure that they do not divulge their IMEI number to a single person. Shady people routinely add a real IMEI number to an illegal or stolen device in order to prevent it from being blacklisted. This is highly prohibited in many countries.
Why are Smartphone Makers Increasing Prices?
In 2021, the worldwide chipset scarcity has had a significant effect, as several OEMs failed to satisfy demand due to the consequences of the epidemic. However, this issue has the potential to worsen the situation, particularly for Smartphone consumers. According to recent research, when manufacturing expenses will climb next year, the price of chipsets, and hence smartphones, might rise even more. Let's dig out the reasons why the price of smartphones will increase in 2022?
3 Reasons Why Smartphone Makers are Increasing Prices
There are many reasons why manufacturers can increase prices for their phones. According to the market movement, the following reasons are the prime factors that are mainly pulling the strings.
Global Shortage for the Supply of Smartphone Components
The smartphone market has been expanding day by day. The demand and shipments are likely to increase more in 2022. The price ranges of smartphone components like memory and chipsets are rising due to their ongoing scarcity.
Read Best Camera Phones Released in 2021
There are significant limits of chipsets, posing a problem in the budget-friendly section of the market. The worldwide chip shortage still has not had an effect on the smartphone segment since the demand-supply balance has been reached. This may alter in the following quarters, resulting in a rise in the worldwide average price of cellphones.
Now the smartphone producers have to decide their next steps whether they want to absorb the expense or push it off to their customers. The expense seems to have been passed on to customers by different brands. The majority of the price increases will affect the entry-level or budget segments.

Smartphone Components Price Hike
Earlier this year, experts have cautioned about the rise in smartphone pricing. Aside from the scarcity of 4G CPUs, the cost of components such as charting adapters, motherboard components, memory chipsets, and others has risen. This price rise has resulted in a minimum of a 10% increase in the expenses of manufacturing cellophane, which will ultimately reach the end-user.
Xiaomi President Xang Wiang issued a similar warning in March. He remarked that the corporation will endeavor to reduce expenses to a certain extent but that anything beyond that would be passed on to customers. Because the margins on low-cost phones are so small, they suffer the most.

The Advent of the 5G Technology
The cost of smartphones is projected to grow further as many nations are adopting 5G- networks and supportive phones are widespread. With people eager to shift to 5G-enabled handsets, there will be an increase in demand for all these smartphones.
Though the world has seen the influx of affordable 5G handsets, the technology isn't yet accessible in many countries, and the pricing is exorbitant. When 5G will be available throughout the world, there will be greater demand for supportive phones, and consumers will have to pay more for them.

Conclusion
The epidemic has had a detrimental effect on supply chains in general, with chips being especially heavily struck. Manufacturers are doing their best to cope up with the situation, but chip scarcity is a serious impediment right now.

realme narzo 50i: The Best Budget Smartphone in 10K Segment
realme has been one of those brands that made their names in the market by introducing budget smartphones with a bang. In a very short span, they have made a place for themselves and became popular among the young generation due to their aggressive release of cheap release phones. This time, the smartphone manufacturer from China has released the latest Narzo line. Designed for gaming, realme narzo 50i is supported by gaming specifications. Claimed to be the most affordable narzo series ever, realme narzo 50i is intended for young users who care about performance at an affordable price. Well, even though it is the most affordable, the realme narzo 50i is still supported with qualified specifications for playing games.
key Features of realme narzo 50i
Design
The realme narzo 50i review comes with a new design. This smartphone carries a typical street style design with an authentic diagonal stripe on the back cover so that the smartphone is easily recognizable. Further, the back of the diagonal line also makes the smartphone not slippery when held. The back also doesn't seem to leave finger marks, like a smartphone wrapped in plastic on the back.

Realme narzo 50i is available in two color options Mint Green and Carbon Black. Well, in the Mint Green device color, the green color looks more muted or soft, not too bright.
The smartphone also has a slim design, with a length of 165.2 mm, a width of 76.4 mm, and a depth of 8.9 mm, making it comfortable to hold in hand. In terms of ports, the realme narzo 50i is supported by micro-USB at the bottom, and on the left side, there is a 3.5 mm audio jack. Meanwhile, the speaker grill is located at the back and is not too big.
The right side of the phone contains the power and volume buttons. While on the left side, there is a slot for a SIM card. On the back, you'll see a boxy camera housing with one AI camera and an LED flash. Then underneath, there is a label that says narzo.

Display and Operating System
Now, let's see the realme narzo 50i's screen part. It is equipped with a 6.5-inch massive display screen with an 88.7% Screen-to-body ratio. Nevertheless, with the 6.5-inch display, this device is big like the ancestors. Hence, the gaming experience becomes more enjoyable. At the top, the realme narzo 50i is also seen using a mini-drop design. The mini-drop area is now reduced and provides a screen ratio of up to 88.7 percent, allowing users to reduce the visual experience.
In addition, the bezel adopted on this smartphone also doesn't look too big. As a result, the viewing area of the screen becomes even larger. In my experience, the realme narzo 50i screen produces sharp colors. The screen resembles one of the best gaming smartphones, which is also very responsive.
Let's focus on the operating system; being one of the affordable best gaming smartphones, the realme narzo 50i is equipped with the realme UI Go Edition based on Android 11. Even though it uses the realme UI Go Edition, the interface is very easy to operate and not too heavy.

Business Laptop Buyer Guide with Price Ranges in Bangladesh
Laptops are portable and flexible enough to carry anywhere, anytime, and also run demanding programs. Notebooks and laptops have become two of the most popular and powerful tools for undertaking serious work or recreational activities whether on the road, at home, in the office, or in a classroom. However, the goal a user wants to accomplish with a laptop demands to pick the right one. Because the, nowadays, manufacturers are presenting their laptops targeting a different objective. Laptops suitable for the office environment doesn't serve game playing purpose. And, the entrepreneurs require efficient laptops that require efficient performance, long-lasting battery backup with a slick and lightweight design. The article presents a buying guide along with some popular corporate, business, and enterprise laptops in Bangladesh.
Things to Consider while Buying a Corporate/ Enterprize/Business Laptop
When looking for a laptop for an office or business environment, a buyer needs to ponder upon some aspects like his budget, the kind of operating system he prefers, the design, and also the technical parts like the processor and battery life. Let’s look at all the elements you need to get on check while buying the best corporate laptop.
Your Budget for Office Building
The first thing an entrepreneur has to figure out is his total budget for setting his office, or business. He needs to determine how many laptops he requires. If he has any flexibility in terms of the budget section, then he can put more focus on the specification of the laptops.
Read Apple iPad 9th Generation 2021 Review: Is it a value-for-money device?
People should consider not just the total amount they are prepared to pay, but also how that price will amortize over the total number of computers you'll purchase. When entrepreneurs fail to establish a budget prior to purchasing, particularly for technology, they often overpay or underspend.
Performance of the Device
Efficiency is essential for any business or office. In terms of computers, that efficiency is determined by some key components like the central processing unit, memory capacity, graphics card, operating systems in use, etc. It’s notable that going for high-end performance won’t be necessary if maintaining a budget is the primary concern of a company.
On the other hand, companies that work on efficiency and accuracy-based skills like graphics design, developing, video editing, and so may have to consider getting laptops with optimal performance.

Central Processing Unit
The CPU specification of a laptop has a significant influence on its efficacy and applications areas. So, depending on your work Having said that, many consumers overpay for processors they do not need. For example, someone buying a powerful processor for doing typical office-level calculations will be a waste of assets.
Again, if a business requires high-end laptops for works like video or design rendering, or anything with motions graphics, should emphasize buying latest versions of the CPU available in the market.
Operating System
Unless an entrepreneur or business has a big budget for laptops, they have to choose either Chrome or the Windows operating systems. However, there are three basic operating systems, and they should learn all about their distinctions.
Read WiFi Wireless Router Buyer Guide with Price Ranges in Bangladesh
For the ease of its use and availability of relevant resources, Windows is still the best option for a corporate environment. The operating system has nothing to do with the high or low specifications of a laptop and can run any environment in the laptop smoothly.
Storage
The second most critical thing to consider when comparing professional laptops is the size of the long-term and short-term memory available. Random-access memory or RAM is used to store data for the short-term, while a hard disk drive is used for long-term storage. Some computers feature a solid-state drive or SSD in addition to a hard disk drive for long-term storage, while others exclusively include an SSD.
For a high-end laptop, internal memories with more than 1 terabyte of SDD and a minimum of 8GB RAM will suffice.

Battery Life
The last significant parameter to examine before making a final selection is battery life. Battery life is irrelevant to some company owners but critical to others. Buyers should consider how often they will be using their laptops without access to electricity.
In any event, it's prudent to check the battery life of any gadget someone considers purchasing. Buyers should bear in mind that laptop manufacturers employ a variety of different parameters to determine battery life. Thus each manufacturer's claimed figure should be regarded as an estimate rather than an actual reality.
