Tips and Tricks to Increase YouTube Subscribers organically
Youtube has been around for more than a decade, but there hasn’t been a time quite like now to get started on creating your own channel. In the infancy stages of Youtube, video content was merely an option for the public to upload engaging content from their everyday lives. Now, video content is a staple on the internet; with the likes of Tiktok, Instagram, Facebook, and even Twitter offering this feature. With a good understanding of your audience and savviness in video presentation - here is how you can easily increase Youtube Subscribers organically.
How to increase subscribers on your YouTube channel?
Knowing What Your Channel Is For
This is the first step every content creator should take when getting started. Before understanding the type of people you want to subscribe to your channel, identifying the brand of your channel is incredibly important.
Read Zero Investment Business Ideas to Try Amidst the Pandemic
General content could get lost in the sea of videos uploaded on the platform daily, so finding a niche is a good way to enhance your chances of gaining exposure. Whether it is in a type of cooking, art, or music, finding a specific angle that isn’t normally covered will encourage viewers to share your videos of those within the community - overall improving your organic reach.
Knowing Your Audience
After deciding on a theme, the next step is to understand the type of people who would most likely subscribe to your channel. Thankfully, the internet is filled to the brim with information. Places like Youtube comment sections, forums and analytics done by other content creators in the same field as you will give you a better understanding of the do’s and don’t. It could range from the angle of your topic in a particular video to the presentation of your videos.

For example, if you aim to review music of a certain genre, the artist and song being reviewed should be known to the general audience within the demographic. If the band is not properly known, it will be difficult for the audience to proactively click on the video or share it with his or her friends because the topic of review has no impact on them.
This applies to other topics as well like types of food being cooked, types of business models that are most likely to succeed or fail, or even types of books to purchase. The good news is that it takes a quick google search to give you a strong indication of the latest trends and topics viewers have their eyes set on at the point of time.

Set A Standard For Video Quality
One of the biggest deterrent of consumers on video platforms is poor video quality. The one product content creators produce on Youtube should be worth the watch - and muffled sound or low resolution displays are massive deal-breakers.
When Youtube first started, anyone could upload their content ad hoc and had a way to share their experiences with the online community: but in this current day and age, content creators are backed by companies, advertisers and sponsors who place emphasis on video quality to get revenue. This may seem intimidating at first, but if creating a channel is more of a passion project than anything else, monetisation should be the least of your concerns for now.
Read How to Earn Money from Instagram
Depending on how your topics are covered, aspects like background music, voice-overs and cut outs require a cohesive flow that doesn’t take the audiences out of the content that is being presented. This goes to the other end of the spectrum as well; if your videos have too many effects and editing, there is always a risk of clutter that will make it difficult for viewers to focus on one thing in that particular video.
Ultimately, video creators have a style of their own, and when it’s your turn to churn them out - creating uniqueness will do well for your channel just as long as the quality isn’t objectively poor or riddled with gimmicks.
Read Work from Home, Earn and Be Your Own Boss
Thumbnails And Titles
These two go hand in hand with video quality as it is an extension to your channel and brand. Eye-catching thumbnails that are informative, unique and consistent tend to be better at catching the eyes of viewers or people recommended to your channel by the Youtube algorithm.
Whether your tone is humorous or informative, having a thumbnail does wonders for your brand’s identity, which gives people a better time browsing through your playlists and finding a video (or even series) they could enjoy.
Read Best Personal Loans in Bangladesh to Make Your Dream Come True
Titles work with thumbnails as the so-called “bait’ to reel in your audiences before they even get to see the quality of your content. Before deciding on whether they like your videos, there has to be an incentive to click on them in the first place.
Title phrasing has a massive role in this phase of your marketing, and alluring titles are tricky to get right. On one hand, keywords define the exposure of your video in the first place via the way your title is phrased, but on the other hand, it shouldn’t be too generic to the point where it gets lost in the mix among your competitors.

Don’t Try Too Hard To Get Subscribers
One of the most annoying things that consumers find in videos is when content creators go on about liking and subscribing to their content. The subscriber system serves as a transparent metric to determine how “popular” one’s channel is, but consumers generally won’t hesitate to engage in videos that don't have a ton of following - just as long as it is interesting.
Consumers are becoming wiser and can sniff out “click-bait titles” easily, and comment sections along with social media posts can tarnish a company’s image if they have “sold out” their originality for the sake of getting sponsors and advertisers.
Read Where to Find Online Courses during Coronavirus Home Quarantine
Your brand is based on your knowledge and expertise of the topic that you have chosen. If that caters to a community that isn’t in the millions, that’s perfectly fine. The most crucial thing at the end of the day is to ensure that your content is consistent.
Subscription is a commitment to a channel, which means audiences will be doing so, expecting content similar to what they liked in the first place. Of course nothing comes easy, and the responsibility to preserve the balance of keeping the content fresh while holding true to the brand’s identity is a daunting task - but its rewards are well worth it.

Muslim civil rights group sues Facebook over hate speech
A civil rights group is suing Facebook and its executives, saying CEO Mark Zuckerberg made “false and deceptive” statements to Congress when he said the giant social network removes hate speech and other material that violates its rules.
The lawsuit, filed by Muslim Advocates in Washington, D.C., Superior Court on Thursday, claims Zuckerberg and other senior executives “have engaged in a coordinated campaign to convince the public, elected representatives, federal officials, and non-profit leaders in the nation’s capital that Facebook is a safe product.”
Also read:Facebook acknowledges a bug that blocked coronavirus news
Facebook, the lawsuit alleges, has been repeatedly alerted to hate speech and calls to violence on its platform and done nothing or very little. Making false and deceptive statements about removing hateful and harmful content violates the District of Columbia’s consumer-protection law and its bar on fraud, the lawsuit says.
“Every day, ordinary people are bombarded with harmful content in violation of Facebook’s own policies on hate speech, bullying, harassment, dangerous organizations, and violence,” the lawsuit says. “Hateful, anti-Muslim attacks are especially pervasive on Facebook.”
In a statement, Facebook said it does not allow hate speech on its platform and said it regularly works with “experts, non-profits, and stakeholders to help make sure Facebook is a safe place for everyone, recognizing anti-Muslim rhetoric can take different forms.
The company based in Menlo Park, California, said it has invested in artificial intelligence technologies aimed at removing hate speech and proactively detects 97% of what it removes.
Facebook declined to comment beyond the statement, which did not address the lawsuit’s allegations that it has not removed hate speech and anti-Muslim networks from its platform even after it was notified of their existence.
Also read: US govt, states sue Facebook for 'predatory' conduct
For example, the lawsuit cites research by Elon University professor Megan Squire, who published research about anti-Muslim groups on Facebook and alerted the company. According to the lawsuit, Facebook did not remove the groups — but it did change how outside academics can access its platform so that the kind of research Squire did would be “impossible other than if done by Facebook employees.”
Facebook’s hate speech policy prohibits targeting a person or group with “dehumanizing speech or imagery,” calls for violence, references to subhumanity and inferiority as well as generalizations that state inferiority. The policy applies to attacks on the basis of race, religion, national origin, disability, religious affiliation, caste, sexual orientation, sex, gender identity and serious disease.
But in one example from April 25, 2018, Squire reported to Facebook a group called “Purge Worldwide,” according to the lawsuit. The group’s description reads: “This is an anti Islamic group A Place to share information about what is happening in your part of the world.”
Facebook responded that it would not remove the group or the content. The lawsuit cites other examples of groups with names like “Death to Murdering Islamic Muslim Cult Members” and “Filth of Islam” that Facebook did not remove despite being notified, even though Facebook policy prohibits “reference or comparison to filth” on the basis of religion. In the latter case Facebook did remove some posts from the group, but not the group itself.
The lawsuit also cites an exception Facebook made to its policy for former President Donald Trump, for whom Facebook made an exception to its rules when he posted as a candidate in 2016 about banning all Muslims from entering the U.S.
Zuckerberg and other social media executives have repeatedly testified before Congress about how they combat extremism, hate and misinformation on their platforms. Zuckerberg told the House Energy and Commerce Committee that the issue is “nuanced.”
“Any system can make mistakes” in moderating harmful material, he said.
The plaintiffs seek a jury trial and damages of $1,500 per violation.

Facebook removes accounts tied to Iranian exile group
Facebook said Tuesday it has removed hundreds of fake accounts linked to an Iranian exile group and a troll farm in Albania.
The accounts posted content critical of Iran’s government and supportive of Mujahedeen-e-Khalq, a dissident group known as MEK. In many cases, the Facebook and Instagram accounts used fake profile names and photos.
Facebook determined the accounts were being run from a single location in Albania by a group of individuals working on behalf of MEK. Facebook found other telltale clues suggesting a so-called troll farm, in which workers are often paid to post content, including misinformation, to social media. Facebook says it removes such accounts based on how they behave, not on the material they post.
Read: Facebook data on more than 500M accounts found online
For one, researchers found that the activity seemed to follow the central European workday, with posts picking up after 9 a.m., slowing down at the end of the day, and with a noticeable pause at lunch time. Facebook, however, said it did not find evidence of people being paid.
“Even trolls need to eat,” said Ben Nimmo, who works on Facebook’s global threat intelligence investigations, on a conference call with reporters Tuesday.
The National Council for Resistance in Iran, an umbrella group that includes MEK, said in a statement that that no accounts affiliated with it or MEK have been removed. The group also denied the existence of an Albanian troll farm affiliated with MEK.
MEK is a leading group opposing the Iranian government. It killed Americans before the 1979 Islamic Revolution and was labeled as a terrorist organization by the State Department until 2012. Nevertheless, U.S. politicians from both parties including Rudy Giuliani and Newt Gingrich have given paid speeches to MEK in the past.
The network of fake accounts was most active in 2017 and again in late 2020, Facebook said. In all, more than 300 accounts, pages and groups on Facebook and Instagram were removed as part of the company’s action. Around 112,000 people followed one or more of the Instagram accounts.
In some cases, the fake accounts used photos of Iranian celebrities or deceased dissidents. A small number of the more recent Instagram accounts appear to have used profile pictures that were computer generated.
Top 10 Best Car Racing Games for Android
Racing games have come a long way since their introduction to the scene at the arcades. From simulators to mobile phones, the genre has remained strong with realistic renditions such as GT Sport and Forza Horizon, or wackier concepts like Mario Kart and the Burnout series. Regardless of the platform, it appears that this archetype is here to stay; and the experience shouldn’t be any less thrilling over the phone - so here are the top 10 best car racing games for Android to grab now!
Best racing games for Android
Asphalt 9: Legends

Choose from a large range of maps, game modes and play with your friends online! The controls are simple to grasp and require far less effort than it's console counterparts - perfect for the mobile platform.

Beach Buggy Racing 2
Not taking itself as seriously as other racing games on this list, Beach Buggy Racing 2 throws players into a beach setting with a plethora of tracks that offer different obstacles that players must go through while beating one another. Like Mario Kart, power ups and cart customizations are present, allowing each gamer to truly express themselves through their vehicles of choice. Many fun game modes are also available just in case you and your friends want to relax a little more.

GRID Autosport
Another PC Port that translates solid console-level mechanics into a handheld phone. With over a hundred cars and races to choose from, being spoilt for choices would possibly be the biggest hurdle when picking up the game.
Unlike other titles on this list, GRID Autosport primarily focuses on single player content, throwing out graphic restrictions that normally follow suit for online netcode. Despite costing a pretty penny, this game comes stocked with the base game, along with all downloadable content from its PC version.

Hill Climb Racing 2
Despite its namesake, the game is anything but a gruelling task. Hill Climb Racing 2 is a cartoony take on traditional racing games that is free to play and accessible to players of any age group.
It comes with all of the bells and whistles that any traditional racing game is packed with these days: A campaign, customisation for vehicles, online multiplayer, daily tasks and a decent selection of maps. It’s a side-profile racer that uses the extreme hills to throw racers off from winning the race with too much ease.

Horizon Chase
Back in the mid 2010s, this title was a stellar pick with a clear appreciation for its players. Being compatible with almost any type of game controllers, along with being backed by Android and NVIDIA, it’s difficult to turn this game down if you are in love with the genre.
At a small cost, players will have access to all tracks, cars and events available, while the free option does not starve players from content either. Certain stages and cars will be available in all modes - and does well to steer clear from the pay-to-play scheme that runs rampant in video games these days.

KartRider Rush +
Another cartoonish choice that gives casual players a chance to prove themselves without needing to be a veteran at the genre. Granted, there is a Ranked Mode available that should require some competition, but the game can offer other modes that can help you unwind such as Story Mode and Arcade Mode.
Much like other racing games on Android, players can customise their characters and cars. Overall, a fast paced game that should only be picked up if there’s no expectation for realism in its driving mechanics.

Mario Kart TourThe genre-changing title itself: Mario Kart was one of the pioneers of casual racing and the epitome of a party game. Doing away with complex mechanics while adding classic characters within its own franchise, there was little reason for people not to give this a try. Now that the title has gone through multiple iterations and is readily available at your fingertips, get ready to race and unlock a myriad of maps and characters of old and new.

Thumb DriftAs its name suggests, Thumb Drift was designed for the mobile platform specifically and could be one of the most relaxing games to play in the market. While the graphics aren’t anything to shout about, the gameplay requires participants to drift around obstacles on the track with nothing but a thumb.
The sheer convenience this game offers allows this title to be the invitation for nongamers to try. Customization, track selections, and tricks are all available and are by no means a choice if you’re looking to satisfy the competitor in you. It’s fun and can be played effectively with one hand.

Real Racing 3
If Thumb Drift fits the most casual of audiences, Real Racing 3 drives right through the other end of the spectrum. The title was designed to emulate real-life driving to the best of its abilities over the phone. With real car brands and actual tracks that exist, this title borders on being a simulator for players to practice for real racing.
The multiplayer system is robust and its customizations are more precise than many other racers out there. Cost management and understanding of almost all car parts are needed for you to truly master this game.

From pit stops to actually dealing with the weather, there will be hundreds of variables to consider when managing your team with the utmost realism. Hiring drivers and upgrading cars is part of the journey - if you just want mindless speed with little narrative, this title won’t have much for you.

The camera section of realme 8 Pro sports the biggest upgrade. realme applied the Samsung’s latest generation sensor HM2 108MP (f/1.9) to deliver superior photos. By virtue of its large sensor size (1/1.52"), 8 Pro’s prime rear camera can capture 12000 by 9000 pixels images.
Realme 8 Pro’s quad rear camera series also includes an 8MP (f/2.25) ultra-wide sensor with 119-degrees field-of view. The rest two sensors are: 2MP (f/2.4) Macro and 2MP (f/2.4) Depth sensors. On the front screen, 8 Pro offers a 16 MP (f/2.5) selfie camera.
However, realme 8 pro has no Tele photo lens. But don’t worry! In the software section, realme adopted in-sensor zoom technology based on 108MP that serves like a 3x telephoto sensor. To generate realistic, sharper and lucid images maintaining quality, realme invented a fresh color tuning standard.

Usually, the Pixel-Binning technology on phones reduces noise in images and helps to capture bright photos in the dim-lit conditions. realme 108MP prime sensor is blessed with 9-in-1 pixel binning technology which is able to capture larger megapixel photos. Therefore, each pixel is bigger and holds more light.
ISOCELL Plus technology minimizes the optical loss and prevents light reflection. The realme 8 pro’s HM2 sensor can skillfully define the optimal ISO setting via Smart-ISO technology in order to optimize the quality of image and reduction of noise. It can automatically select the high ISO to generate brighter, sharper, clearer images in low-light ambient without showing too much noise. In presence of ample lighting, this technology chooses low ISO to maintain the color accuracy in the images.
realme 8 pro’s exclusive Tilt-shift Photography algorithm feature allows the user to capture photos of surroundings making only fractions of the image clear; while keeping the rest elements out of focus. Thus, you can create the illusion of a miniature world. Moreover, realme 8 Pro can shoot tilt-shift time-lapse video at 10x faster mode to present the subjects in a more dramatic way. In this tilt-shift mode, you get some customizing options to change the size, shape, angle, location, bokeh effect, transition effect, etc.

realme achieved the crown of bringing world's foremost Starry Time-lapse Video feature on a phone. Usually, to create a Starry time-lapse video, multiple clips are taken using professional cameras. Later those clips are combined via video editing software. The trendsetting technology brand realme invented an exclusive algorithm for time-lapse video based on starry photos. It takes 480s to capture 30 photos and then develop a 1s time-lapse video. It means that the time-lapse mode is able to display the continuously changing incidents at 480times quicker speed.
Instead of capturing portrait shots with a mere background bokeh effect, realme has added three iconic filters including AI Color Portrait, Dynamic Bokeh Portrait and Neon Portrait. This feature can make the portrait images more stylish, attractive, trendier, and social-media ready.
With the rear main camera you can shoot maximum 4K footage at 30fps. However, to enjoy the Gyro-EIS stabilization feature you have to move to 1080P. You can also shoot 1080p video at 30fps or 120fps with the front camera. Here gyro-EIS facility is available.
