Microsoft fixes cloud platform vulnerability after warning
Microsoft says it has fixed a flaw in its cloud computing platform that cybersecurity researchers warned could have enabled hackers to take over a cloud-based database product used by many big companies.
The company said Friday there’s no evidence the potential opening was exploited by malicious actors or that any customer data was exposed.
The cybersecurity firm Wiz, led by former Microsoft employees, said it discovered what it called an “unprecedented critical vulnerability” in Microsoft’s Azure cloud platform and notified the tech giant earlier in August. Microsoft paid the firm a bounty for the discovery and said it immediately fixed the problem.
If exploited, the flaw could have affected “thousands of organizations, including numerous Fortune 500 companies,” according to a blog post from Wiz, which is based in Israel and California. Microsoft said Friday it affected only a subset of customers using the product.
Microsoft has already been in the hot seat over the hack of its Exchange email servers disclosed in March and blamed on Chinese spies. Its code was also abused to rifle through the emails of U.S. officials in an earlier hack pinned on Russian intelligence agents and more commonly associated with the software company SolarWinds.

The cloud platform vulnerability disclosed this week, while apparently causing no harm, raised concerns about the security of cloud services provided by the tech industry, which businesses and governments increasingly rely on.
After a White House cybersecurity summit Thursday, Microsoft pledged it would invest $20 billion in cybersecurity over the next five years and make available $150 million in technical services to help local governments upgrade their defenses.

Russia to produce eyeglasses to cure insomnia, jet lag
A Russian company will start producing eyeglasses next year that will help cure insomnia and jet lag.
Depending on the material used, the glasses will be priced between $0.095 to $406.80.
Wearing the glasses half an hour per day in indicated time intervals will help completely restore the sleep cycle.
Technodinamika Holding under the Rostec State Corporation presented the prototype of "anti-insomnia Blue Sky pro glasses" at the Army 2021, an international military exhibition being held in Moscow.
"The glasses enable one to control sleep disturbance and restore human biorhythms in a couple of days. Glasses will be of interest to individuals suffering from insomnia or regularly challenged by jet lag because of business trips. At the same time, they can also benefit servicemen, including pilots, helping them recover more rapidly from a sleep disorder and jet lag," said Oleg Yevtushenko, executive director of Rostec.

Ai and Future of Content Writing: Will Artificial Intelligence replace writers?
Over the past few years, machine learning and artificial intelligence specialists have been working on algorithms. These algorithms are proficient enough to write articles and different other forms of content, maintaining a level of quality that was previously possible only by human writers. As such technologies progress, mankind will be closer to a day when machines can create content better than humans. But how near are we to the days when machine writers will outperform humans? Or are the days of human writers already over? Or, can AI replace the human writers? Stay with us to get your answers.
What is an Ai Writer?
Artificial intelligence is the effort to replicate human intelligence in machines. It is a section of computer science that studies the works on the possibility of making machines think and work like a human. Ai gives machines the ability to do what people can do but in less time and in much better quality.
An Ai writer researches and writes content using its algorithm. The practice of using them for daily content creation has already begun putting a question on the future of content writing as a professional endeavor.

Writing Process of Ai Writers
Technologies like deep learning and also natural language processing are two different segments of Ai. Combined, these technologies can search infinite databases for specific information to write.
Deep learning technology mimics the way the human brain handles data and various patterns. Natural language processing attempts to evaluate and use languages the way the human brain does. To produce articles and news, AI writing systems learn the principles of writing and different sentence structures.
Limitations of Ai Writing System
Like every applied branch of studies, Ai technology is evolving. So are the Ai writing machines. However, there are some key aspects where they haven't become proficient enough yet. Based on the nature of these aspects, Ai technology still has a far way to go to master all of them.

Natural Language Generation
Natural language generation (NLG) is one of the biggest challenges in AI writing. Recently, the NLG process has gone through a development reflected in a number of applications. Among them, the most visible is the advent of digital assistants.
Assistants like Alexa and Siri have grown very effectively at learning to comprehend basic human speech and responding to it, thanks to the advancement in natural language recognition. However, learning to recognize human language and attempting to write it are two totally different challenges, and training an algorithm to write in an intelligible manner is quite difficult.

Information Analysis
An AI writing algorithm must understand a topic before it produces an article on that. Ai still lacks a conscious learning and comprehension ability. To attain these abilities, the algorithm must learn to seek, ingest, evaluate, and reprocess data from various sources to generate reliable stuff.
This is easy in certain situations; algorithms can quickly search up instant stock values and make reports on them. It's nearly difficult in others; computers can't assess the happenings of a blurry film. Nor it can still tell the data it is providing is reliable or not.
Creative Ideas
Almost all types of writing rely on creativity, originality. Authors must invent new ideas or viewpoints and convey them to the readers in some engaging way. The spark of creativity that triggers new ideas has yet to be developed in computers. It's unclear how a coder might go about replicating this aspect of human thought. Though none can tell if it's ever possible, we are certainly sure that Ai still hasn't made it at this point.

Capabilities of Ai Writers
AI is particularly effective at activities that are mostly predictable, repetitive, and also objectively quantifiable. In some cases, an AI system can do a specific task or solve a basic problem very rapidly and at scales that humans cannot reach. In terms of writing, AI systems find predictable, and patterned writing is trivially easy for Ai. They can write articles of this level a thousand times faster than a human writer.
Another significant benefit of Ai technology is its capacity to learn, understand and adapt, which might drive it among new terrains when it comes to patterned writing. Over time, these algorithms might be trained to judge the quality or rhetoric of the output they give based on a variety of criteria. Algorithms, given enough effort, time, and money, might learn to produce considerably more sophisticated, arguably artistic works.

Why Can't Ai Replace Professional Content Writers?
Today's content market is highly competitive, where audiences want to be emotionally engaged and interact with the information they are getting. They want to be moved. Ai still hasn't achieved that ability to bridge the vacuum between generating text according to the expectation of the readers. It still can't, and won't, for an unspecified long time.
Professional content writers outperform Ai in selecting just the accurate and proper words that resonate with other people due to the complexity of human cognition and emotion. Every piece of content must help readers establish connections. Ai writing technology cannot compete with a real human with emotions, skills, experiences, and knowledge of a specific subject matter.
READ: Android 12 Key Features: What’s New?
Ai writers still lack these key criteria that are must-have in a content writer:
· Understanding and imposing unique tone: Different media talks in different tones. A film critique will never narrate his review on a film the way a sport critique narrated a game.
· Using compelling synonyms: Choosing the appropriate synonym to reflect the most appropriate sense can't be made with an Ai writer. Only humans have such subtility and sharpness to feel out the proper word.
· Bring authenticity: Ai writers can’t write contents that will make a difference and bring new ideas to the world. It can’t speak for a company according to the brand value and tone.
· Understanding audience: Human writers can empathize with the pain point of their audiences and write from that level which will never be possible for an Ai writer.
Conclusion
It's evident there is still a far way to go for Ai writers. The world hasn't seen the greatest software yet that can write to a level a human can't reach. People's narrative abilities are difficult to reproduce. So, whether Ai technology will eventually replace human authors is still vague and up in the air, but it's also true that the machines are developing. For the time being, these machines can serve as assisting resources for writers of various genres and types.

A 64MP primary lens, a 12MP ultrawide-angle lens, a 5MP macro lens, and a 5MP depth lens are included. All of the lenses in the camera interface are contained in individual punch-holes. The camera interface rooms four punch holes in total, with one additional for the flash.

During the day, the 12MP ultrawide sensor performs admirably, generating images with a color profile similar to that of the main lens. When it comes to the 5MP macro, it may be a little difficult to use; the fixed-focus part requires a lot of work, and the final images aren't up to pace. Video recording is certainly acceptable, with up to 4K resolution at 30 frames per second.
The Front Lens
The front-facing camera follows the trend going in the mid-range smartphones market, offering a resolution of 32MP. Samsung A52s' selfie camera captures images that depict great details and look vivid.
