First, take a pan and fry onions for 8-10 minutes or as long as the onions turn a nice brown color. Drain the onions and put them aside to further use. When the onions become cool, mix egg and 3 drops of soy and 3 drops of sesame oil put aside. Then add 1/2 tbsp oil to the pan and add the egg mixture. Fry the egg on both sides and remove it from the pan when done and chop it into small pieces.

Cranberry Orange Bread Pudding

5 to 6 cups challah bread, 1/2 cup dried cranberries, 2 teaspoons orange zest, 1/2 cup freshly squeezed orange juice, 2 teaspoons vanilla extract, 4 tablespoons butter, 3 cups warmed half-and-half, 4 large eggs, 1 cup sugar
Instructions:
First, prepare the oven to 350 F. and also prepare a 9-inch-square or 11 x 7-inch baking dish with butter. Now take a bowl and mix together the torn bread, cranberries, orange zest, and juice. 8 ounces cream cheese, ⅔ cup powdered sugar, ¼ cup orange juice, 1 ½ teaspoon orange extract, 2 drops orange food coloring (optional), ⅔ cup whipped cream

Instructions
First, blend the cream cheese and powdered sugar as long as well combined and smooth. Then add orange juice, orange extract, and orange food coloring and mix well. Add ⅔ cup whipped cream. Take a frosting bag with a large tip and fill mousse cups with ¾ cup full. Chill the bag in the refrigerator for about an hour. Do the same process.
