55 Bangladeshi self-taught artists to join Victory Day art exhibition in Dubai
To celebrate the 51st Victory Day of Bangladesh, 55 Bangladeshi and 20 international artists will participate in a special group art exhibition at Dubai International Art Center (DIAC) in the UAE from December 12 to 21.
The 10-day art exhibition, "Bijoy" is organised by Funun Arts of the UAE and Mahfuz Canvas of Bangladesh.
The participating self-taught artists will showcase their work, depicting that art is beyond borders, according to the organisers.

The Consul General of Bangladesh in Dubai and the Northern Emirates BM Jamal Hossain and Emirati entrepreneur and Chairman of Al Zarooni Foundation Suhail Mohd Al Zarooni, a renowned Emirati collector and Guinness Book World Record holder, will inaugurate the art event.
PowerPac, a concern of Sikder Group, is the title sponsor of the exhibition.
"We are proud to sponsor this special tribute exhibition to the Victory of Bangladesh, with a specific focus on encouraging artists to improve their creations by giving them a global platform and encouraging them to honour the cultures of Bangladesh and history through their artworks," according to PowerPac.

2 teaspoons coriander, 2 teaspoons cumin, 1 ½ teaspoon cinnamon, One and a half teaspoons turmeric, 1 ¼ teaspoon salt, ¾ teaspoon ground pepper, 1 small cauliflower, 2 tablespoons olive oil, 1 large onion, chopped, 1 cup diced carrot, 3 large cloves garlic, minced, 1 ½ teaspoon grated fresh ginger, 1 fresh red chile pepper, 1 can tomato sauce, 4 cups vegetable broth, 3 cups russet potatoes 3 cups sweet potatoes, 2 teaspoons lime zest, 2 tablespoons lime juice, 1 can coconut milk, Chopped fresh cilantro for garnish.
Directions
First, prepare your oven to 450 degrees F. Now take coriander, cumin, cinnamon, turmeric, salt, pepper, and cayenne together in a bowl. Toss cauliflower with 1 tablespoon of oil and 1 tablespoon of the spice mixture. Roast the cauliflower in the oven for 15 to 20 minutes or as long as they become brown in color.
Take a large pot and add oil, onion, and carrot and fry until they become brown. Then Add garlic, ginger, chile, and the remaining spice mixture and cook for 1 to 2 minutes Now add tomato sauce, broth, potatoes, sweet potatoes, lime zest, and juice. Cover the pot and boil the mixture over high heat.
Then minimize the heat and cook until the vegetables are tender. You may need 35 to 40 minutes. Finally, add coconut milk and the roasted cauliflower. Mix well and remove from the heat. Garnish with cilantro and chiles.

200 gm chicken, 1 tsp soy Sauce, ¼ tsp Salt, 2 tsp Green Chilies, ½ tsp Ginger Paste, ½ tsp Garlic Paste, 2 tbsp Chopped Onion, ½ tsp Cooking Oil, ½ tsp Black Pepper
Ingredients of Wrap
1 cup Flour, ¼ tsp Salt, ½ tsp Oil, 1/3 cup water
Instructions:
First, mince the chicken nicely using a food processor. Then take a large bowl and mix chicken with soy sauce, salt, green chilies, ginger paste, garlic paste, onion, and cooking oil. Keep the mixture aside for rest. Next, take another bowl and mix flour with salt and oil.

Cabbage: 1/4 cup (finely chopped), Carrot: 1/4 cup (grated), Spinach: 1/2 cup (finely chopped), Spring Onions: 1/4 cup (finely chopped), Ginger: 1 tsp (finely chopped), Garlic: 1 tsp (finely chopped), Green Chillies : 3-4 (finely chopped), Cheddar Cheese: 1/2 cup (shredded), Black Pepper Powder: 1/2-1 tsp (Freshly grounded), 5 Spice Blend: 1/4 tsp (Fenugreek seeds, fennel seeds, Mustard seeds, Cumin seeds & Sesame seeds), Soy Sauce: 1 tsp, Oil/Butter: 1 tbsp, Salt to taste

First, take a bowl and mix flour, oil, and salt. Add water slowly so that you can prepare the dough that will become homogeneous in texture. Cover and allow the dough to rest for 30-40 minutes
