Dhaka, Dec 22 (UNB) – The Anti-Corruption Commission (ACC) once again warned its officials and employees not to use the commission’s logo on their vehicles.
The Commission, for the first time in 2016, ordered its officials and employees not to use the commission’s logo in any of their official or private vehicles.
ACC source said the Commission had taken legal and administrative steps to curb the use of its logo on vehicles as the commission have been informed that some individuals are still using the ACC logo.
ACC spokesperson Pranab Kumar said the Commission is determined to stop such illegal activities. “So, everyone is being requested to inform the commission on mobile no. 01711644675 if they find any vehicles with the ACC logo."
In this context, the chairman of the Anti-Corruption Commission Iqbal Mahmood said the use of the logo in the vehicle was completely prohibited by an administrative order.
“The ACC is active in stopping such illegal activities. We expect that no one will use the ACC logo anymore. If anybody uses it, the commission will take legal action against them,” he said.
