Dhaka, Mar 30 (UNB) – Education Minister Dipu Moni has assured Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC) and equivalent examinees that questions will not be leaked this time.
“Fraudsters spread rumours to swindle people. Don’t pay attention to rumours and make immoral transactions,” she told a programme at Chandrakona Rajlakkhi High School in Sherpur’s Nakla Upazila.
The HSC and equivalent examinations are scheduled to start from Monday. The government has decided to shut down coaching centres across Bangladesh during the entire length of the written examination from April 1 to May 6.
“Strict actions will be taken against anyone involved in illegal activities during the examinations,” the minister warned. “The law enforcement agencies will remain vigilant.”
This year, 13,51,309 students are expected to sit for the HSC and equivalent exams.
