Islamic University, Apr 15 (UNB) – A workshop titled ‘Quality assurance’ was held at Islamic University, Kushtia on Monday aiming to producing students well-versed in valuing and providing quality, whatever the field might be.
Institutional Quality Assurance Cell of the university organised the workshop at Birshrestha Hamidur Rahman Auditorium of the campus around 11:00am.
IU Vice-Chancellor Professor M Harun-Ur-Rashid Askari addressed the workshop as the chief guest and resource person while Pro-Vice-Chancellor Professor M Shahinoor Rahman and Treasurer Professor M Selim Toha attended as the special guests with IUQAC director Professor M Abdus Sobahan in the chair.
Around two hundred students of different departments took part on the workshop.
Among others, IU Student Advisor Professor Paresh Chandra Barman and acting proctor M Anisur Rahman were present at the workshop.
