A total of 16 teams -- split into two groups -- will take part in the knockout-basis two-day event.
Home Minister Asaduzzaman Khan Kamal will inaugurate the event as the chief guest on Friday while Mayor of Dhaka North City Corporation Atiqul Islam and BFF President Kazi Salahuddin will present as special guests.
State Minister for Foreign Affairs Shahriar Alam will be the chief guest at the closing ceremony on Saturday (October 26).
Director of Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA) Kazi Ziaul Hossain made the disclosure at a press conference at BFF house in Motijheel on Wednesday.
Besides, Bangladesh Football Federation (BFF) General Secretary Md Abu Nayeem Shohag was also present on the occasion.
Participating teams are: Embassy of Sweden, Embassy of the State of Palestine, Royal Bhutanese Embassy, Royal Embassy of Saudi Arabia, Royal Norwegian Embassy, Embassy of the Republic of Korea, Embassy of the Republic of Iraq, Australian High Commission, Sri Lankan High Commission, Pakistan High Commission, High Commission of Maldives, Embassy of the United States, Embassy of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, United Nations, Diplomatic Police and hosts Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA).
