A helicopter of Bangladesh Air Force (BAF) transported the Judge after Law Minister Anisul Huq requested Principal secretary to the Prime Minister, Principal Staff Officer of Armed Forces Division and Director General of the Directorate General of Health Services (DGHS), said Rezaul Karim, public relation officer of Law Ministry.
He was admitted to the Universal Medical (Ayesha Memorial) in the capital, said the Inter Service Public Relation (ISPR).
Bangladesh Air Force has been providing emergency air transport and medical evacuation assistance during the coronavirus outbreak.
Chief of Air Staff of Bangladesh Air Force, Air Chief Marshal Masihuzzaman Serniabat provided the necessary guidance to carry out the medical evacuation mission.
Judge Mahmudul has been suffering from fever since June 12 and was taking treatment at home.
A total of 21 judges and 62 staff of subordinate courts were infected with coronavirus across the country as of Saturday night.

Confirming the information, Md Saifur Rahman, special officer of Bangladesh Supreme Court, said the information was recorded until 9:45pm on Saturday.
Bangladesh has so far reported 112,306 coronavirus cases and 1,464 deaths.
