Dhaka, Oct 19 (UNB) – A four-member delegation team led by Expatriates' Welfare and Overseas Employment Minister Imran Ahmad left Dhaka on Saturday in order to sign Agreement Labour Coopeartion (ALC) with Seychelles, an Island of East Africa.
The team will reach International Airport to on Friday noon around 1:30pm (local time) when Seychelles Employment Minister Myriam Telemaque and other government officials will welcome them.
The minister will join a views meeting with Bangladeshi community on Sunday afternoon and set for a bilateral meeting with Seychelles’ vice-president on Monday and then sing Bangladesh- Seychelles ALC after a meeting with its employment, immigration, and civil status ministry officials.
The team will return home on October 23.
The delegation team includes Ministry of Expatriates' Welfare and Overseas Employment Joint Secretary Md Fazlul Karim, Deputy Secretary Shaheen Mohammad, and Manpower Employment and Training Bureau Deputy Secretary D M Atiqur Rahman.
