The authorities of Islamic University (IU) on Tuesday launched two new buses aiming to mitigate the transport crisis on the campus in Kushtia.
IU Vice-chancellor Prof M Harun-Ur-Rashid Askari inaugurated the buses in front of the university’s administration building.
IU Treasurer Prof M Selim Toha, acting Registrar SM Abdul Latif and IIER director Prof M Maher Ali were present on the occasion among others.
IU VC told UNB that the incumbent administration was working to mitigate different problems including the transport.
