Dhaka, Apr 25 (UNB)-The State Minister for Religious Affairs Sheikh Md Abdullah has requested Imams to include messages on the adverse impacts of militancy and terrorism in their khutba (sermon) during next Jumma prayers.
He also urged to pray for the peace of the departed souls of the people killed in Sri Lanka bomb blasts including Bangladeshi minor boy Zayan Chowdhury.
The state minister also requested to pray for Moshiul Haque, the injured father of Zayan, said a press release.
Law enforcers along with the people irrespective of religious belief need to be vigilant to prevent any terrorism and militant activities meant to break the peace in the country.
