Bangladesh lost the first two wickets -opener Liton Kumar Das on single digit and debutant Fazle Mahmud with duck -- within the 6th over for 17 runs while Mushfiqur Rahim[15 off 20b; 1x4] was the last man removed from crease by Brandon Mavuta.
Both Liton and Fazle Mahmud were sent off by Tendai Chatara on 16/1 in 5.1 overs and 17/2 in 6 overs respectively.
Earlier, Bangladesh captain Mashrafe Bin Mortaza won the toss and opted to bat first with bringing back Imrul Kayes to partner Liton at the opening.
Soumya Sarkar, who was dropped from the ODI squad, and Rubel Hossain, who hasn't recovered from a fever in the lead-up to the game, have been replaced by the 30-year old debutant Fazle Mahmud and fast bowler Mohammad Saifuddin.
The visitors have Sikandar Raza back in their line-up after mending contractual differences with Zimbabwe Cricket. Raza replaced Elton Chigumbura, while Cephas Zhuwao was picked ahead of Solomon Mire and will open the batting.
