Bangladesh reports 15 more dengue cases
Fifteen more people were hospitalized with dengue in 24 hours till Monday morning.
Of the new patients, six were admitted to hospitals in Dhaka and nine outside it, according to the Directorate General of Health Services (DGHS).
A total of 53 dengue patients, including 27 in the capital, are now receiving treatment at hospitals across the country.
So far, the DGHS has recorded 489 dengue cases, 430 recoveries, and six deaths this year.
The country recorded 281 dengue deaths in 2022 – the highest on record after 179 deaths recorded in 2019.
Also, the DGHS recorded 62,423 dengue cases and 61,971 recoveries last year.

Nineteen more people were hospitalised with dengue in the 24 hours till Thursday morning.
Of the new patients, six were admitted to hospitals in Dhaka and 10 outside it, according to the Directorate General of Health Services (DGHS).
A total of 75 dengue patients, including 35 in the capital, are now receiving treatment at hospitals across the country.

So far, the DGHS has recorded 454 dengue cases, 374 recoveries, and five deaths this year.

A total of 176 dengue patients, including 62 in the capital, are now receiving treatment at hospitals across the country
So far, DGHS recorded 269 dengue cases and 93 recoveries this year with zero death.

The official death toll from the mosquito-borne disease remained unchanged at 281 as no death was recorded during the period, according to the Directorate General of Health Services (DGHS).
Of the new patients, 18 were admitted to the hospitals of Dhaka and 47 outside it, said DGHS.
A total of 359 dengue patients, including 170 in the capital, are now receiving treatment at hospitals across the country.

Sixty-seven more people were hospitalised with dengue in 24 hours till Wednesday morning.
The official death toll from the mosquito-borne disease remained unchanged at 281 as no death was recorded during the period, according to the Directorate General of Health Services (DGHS).

Of the new patients, 36 were admitted to the hospitals of Dhaka and 31 outside it, said DGHS.
A total of 360 dengue patients, including 186 in the capital, are now receiving treatment at hospitals across the country.
The DGHS has recorded 62,256 dengue cases and 61,615 recoveries so far this year.
Dengue fatalities now 281 with three more deaths
With three more deaths reported from dengue in 24 hours till Tuesday morning, the official death toll from the mosquito-borne disease rose to 281 this year.
This is the highest ever dengue fatalities recorded in a single year in Bangladesh. The previous record of 179 deaths were reported in 2019.

During this period, 62 more patients, including 35 in Dhaka city, were hospitalised, according to the Directorate General of Health Services (DGHS).
A total of 395 dengue patients, including 203 in the capital, are now receiving treatment at hospitals across the country.

With two more deaths reported from dengue in 24 hours till Monday morning, the official death toll from the mosquito-borne disease rose to 278 this year.
During this period, 106 more patients, including 43 in Dhaka city, were hospitalised, according to the Directorate General of Health Services (DGHS).
A total of 447 dengue patients, including 243 in the capital, are now receiving treatment at hospitals across the country.
