Dhaka, Aug 26 (UNB) - Nach Baliye 9 has been making headlines ever since it premiered over the unique concept of exes vs current couples. One of the couples who make news every now and then are Madhurima Tuli and Vishal Aditya Singh, not for their dance though, but always for their fights. Recently, Urvashi Dholakia and Anuj Sachdeva got eliminated from the show and with this, Urvashi mentioned that this season has become more of a dramatic show than a celebrity dance show. She also said that she cannot fight with her ex on the show like a teenager. This irked Madhurima who an interview hit back at Urvashi saying, "She is overreacting", reports the PINKVILLA.
"At this point, all I can say is you cannot accept defeat. If we would have lost, I don’t think we would have ever done anything like this and would have respected and supported the decision," Madhurima told Bollywood Life. However, Madhurima's comment did not go down well with Urvashi's sons Kshitij and Sagar.
Reacting sharply to it, Urvashi's son Sagar took to his Twitter account to write, "My mom @urvashi9 is not over reacting ma’am @ItsMadhurima19 u are over acting ! We never speak ill for others as that is what we’ve been taught but we will not keep quiet if u attack our mom for no reason. She never took ur name in the article. @StarPlus @Banijayasia".
On the other hand, Kshitij Dholakia wrote, "Why would u even say these things @ItsMadhurima19 about our mom @Urvashi9? U hv come to our house with #vishaladityasingh so many times,Not once my mother has said anything about u in the article she gave & u are pointing a direct finger at her character. @StarPlus @Banijayasia".
Both Madhurima and Urvashi have worked together in the show Chandrakanta — Ek Mayavi Prem Gaatha.
A BJP leader on Tuesday filed a police complaint against Anurag Kashyap, alleging he has hurt sentiments of Sikhs through his web series Sacred Games.
BJP legislator Manjinder Singh Sirsa also accused Kashyap of “disrespecting” Sikh and Hindu sentiments through portrayals in the web series directed by him.
No reaction was immediately available from Kashyap over the issue.
Delhi BJP spokesperson Tajinderpal Singh Bagga said he filed a complaint against Kashyap at Parliament Street police station for “insulting” Sikh sentiments.
“I filed a complaint at Parliament Street police station against Sacred Games director Anurag Kashayp for disrespecting Sikh Kakaars. In a scene of Sacred Games, a Sikh character played by Saif Ali Khan threw his Kara which is one of the Kakaars revered by the Sikhs,” Bagga.
The ‘Kakaars’ are religious symbols comprising Kesh (uncut hair), Kangha (comb), Kara (iron bangle), Kachera (cotton loincloth) and Kirpan (iron dagger), adopted by the Sikhs.
Sirsa said he had complained to the Information and Broadcasting minister against Kashyap demanding “strict action against him”.
“We cannot let Bollywood stars play with our religious faiths & sentiments. I warn Anurag Kashyap; he should at least study the scriptures of Sikhs & Hindus before he portrays the characters so negatively in his projects just for entertainment or sensationalisation (sic),” Sirsa said in a statement.
Sirsa who is an MLA from Rajouri Garden and also head of the Delhi Sikh Gurudwara Management Committee (DSGMC) said that he will also explore options for initiating legal actions against Kashyap.
Dhaka, Aug 9 (UNB) - Prime Minister Narendra Modi will soon be seen in Bear Grylls’ show Man vs Wild where they will spend some time in Jim Corbett National Park. In a new clip released by the makers, we see Grylls talking to PM Modi about the dangers of spending time in a wildlife area and how he has to keep ‘the most important man in India’ safe, reports The Indian Express.
Talking about the wildlife area, PM Modi shares, “We should not take this place as a danger zone. When we go against nature then everything becomes dangerous. Human beings too become dangerous. On the other hand, if we co-operate with nature, then she also co-operates with us.”
Bear Grylls and Narendra Modi then discuss the latter’s time in the Himalayas. They also talk about wildlife conservation as Grylls creates a makeshift weapon and hands it over to the PM. But PM Modi politely says, “My upbringing does not allow me to take a life. However, I will hold on it (the spear) since you insist.”
In the clip, PM Modi also brings up Swachch Bharat Abhiyaan. Modi says, “Someone from outside cannot clean my India, the people of India make India clean. I believe India will succeed in this very soon.”

Beverly Hills, Aug 6 (AP/UNB) — ABC says the cast and crew of "Fresh Off the Boat" are ready to get back to work and put star Constance Wu's anti-renewal tirade behind them.
ABC Entertainment President Karey Burke said Monday the show's producers have told her everyone involved with "Fresh Off the Boat" took the actress at her word when she apologized.
They have only expressed enthusiasm about starting production this week on season six, which debuts Sept. 27. Burke said she'll see Wu at the script reading.
The two haven't spoken since Wu expressed regret for tweeting her disappointment that the show would be back. The "Crazy Rich Asians" star said she was briefly frustrated that its renewal would keep her from a passion project.
