The Middle East Airlines (MEA), Lebanon's national carrier, announced on Tuesday a code share cooperation with Bahrain's Gulf Air, the National News Agency reported.
The agreement will see MEA place its code on Gulf Air flights on the routes between the two sides.
Mohamad El Hout, MEA's chairman and director general, said that the code share with Gulf Air will complement the MEA network to the Gulf region.
"We are pleased with the partnership with Gulf Air which will allow us to offer passengers a new destination, Bahrain, and many other destinations in Asia via the Gulf Air network," he said.
