Compensation for CHT land acquisition to go up; Bill placed
Dhaka, Feb 18 (UNB) – The Chittagong Hill Tracts (Land Acquisition) Regulation (Amendment) Bill, 2019 was placed in the Jatiya Sangsad on Monday for providing 200-300 percent market price of land as compensation in case of land acquisition in the CHT area like the plain land of the country.
