iPhone 14 launch: What are the new features?
Apple has never stopped surprising the world with extraordinary features. On September 7, 2022, Apple launched their latest iPhone 14 series. The iPhone 14 Pro and iPhone 14 Pro Max variants differ significantly from the standard iPhone 14 and iPhone 14 Plus models.
What’s new on Apple’s iPhone series
— Brighter display featuring Dynamic Island:
Apple claims that the bezels have been considerably decreased in the latest iPhone 14 models, but the sizes are once again 6.1 and 6.7 inches. The display is brighter than previous models’, with a peak brightness of 2,000 nits.
In the latest iPhone 14 Pro and Pro Max model, you get a pill-shaped "Dynamic Island" which has replaced the previous upper-display notch. This ‘Always-On’ display feature will not only allow the users to access controls with just a tap-and-hold; but also give quick access to crucial information.

Running on iOS 16, the Dynamic Island can show information like sports scores while running background activities like Maps, Music, or timer. Those who love multitasking shouldn’t miss it.
— Powerful cameras with Photonic Engine and auto focus selfie shooter:
The iPhone 14 and Plus models sport primary (f /1.5) and ultra-wide (f/2.4) cameras on the back but still have a 12-megapixel resolution. These sensors have been enhanced with a faster aperture.
The Pro versions, iPhone 14 Pro and iPhone 14 Pro Max, come with significant improvement in the camera section. A quad-pixel sensor with a 48-megapixel resolution (f/1.8) has been added to the primary camera, making it 65% bigger than the sensor in the iPhone 13 Pro.

Apple is utilizing the increased resolution for the company's ProRAW format as well as an additional step in the camera's zoom, which now includes a 2x option in addition to a 3x option. Furthermore, the telephoto (f/2.8) and ultra-wide (f/2.2) cameras have also been improved.
All the models of iPhone 14 series are blessed with a new feature called ‘Photonic Engine.’ This exclusive feature will create Deep Fusion before the photos are compressed. It will "dramatically" improve (49%) low-light performance of the iPhone model's cameras, including the selfie cameras.
Oppo A57 Review: Key specs, pros and cons
Oppo has been a consistent market leader in the budget segment offering a great camera experience with their devices. The company even uses its camera system as a strong marketing tool in its different tiers of devices. The A series from Oppo has been one of their bestselling devices in the entry-level budget segment. The company recently launched the OPPO A57, the latest in their A series on 1st September 2022 in Bangladesh. Here’s a detailed look at different aspects so that you can decide whether the A57 can be your next smartphone or not.
Key Specifications of Oppo A57
Design and Build Quality
Oppo has been nailing the design of their smartphones for quite some time now. More often than not, it is seen that brands directly incorporate different elements of their flagship devices in the mid-range or budget devices. It is done to streamline the offering across budget segments.
But Oppo has created a separate distinct design statement for all of its lineups and the A57 follows suit in that regard. Opening the box, users will be greeted with a refractive polished back and a polished color marched chrome frame.
Read Oppo Reno 8 5G Review: Key features, advantages, disadvantages
The back and the frame of the device are made from plastic while the glass front doesn’t have any protection rating. The choice of material is understandable at this price segment and beyond the materials, Oppo has done a very good job at creating a device that looks more premium than it actually is.
The headphone jack is still present on the A57 making it still relevant for budget and mid-range consumers. The other ports and buttons are present as usual. In a typical Oppo fashion, the power button and the volume rockers are on the opposite side of each other.
The power button also doubles as the fingerprint scanner. It's accurate but it could be a tad bit faster.
The only gripe that we have with the overall device is the lack of a secondary microphone which would have significantly increased the call quality of the device.
Read Asus ROG Phone 6 Review: Pros, cons of the hardcore gaming beast
Other than that, the Oppo A57 is a well-built device that will be well worth the price it comes at.
The Display
The display of the Oppo A57 is a 6.56-inch IPS LCD panel with a 90 Hz refresh rate. the 6.56-inch has become a sweet size between smaller and larger phones. But the size of the device gets expounded with the large chin on the bottom and the overall side bezels.
This phone will feel to be much larger compared to the screen real estate it comes with. The smooth 90 Hz refresh rate is a welcomed addition at this price point. But the panel also boasts some drawbacks.
We have seen AMOLED panels in this price range but the A57 still features an IPS LCD one. The panel also has a peak brightness of 600 nits with a typical max brightness of 480 nits. This grossly falls short in comparison to any AMOLED panels.
Outdoor visibility is decent at best, nothing great. To make matters even bleaker, the display is a 720P one with a 269 ppi density.
Read Samsung Galaxy Z Fold4 Review: Multitasking King for Utilitarian Users
Viewing angles of the panels are good but overall resolution and brightness certainly come up as a drawback for the device.
The Camera
Oppo A57 features a dual camera setup with a 13 MP main camera and a 2 MP depth sensor. The main camera is the primary feature here as the secondary depth sensor only works for portrait shots.
The camera housing on the back of the device might make things look like there are two very large sensors here. But in reality, the camera on the Oppo A57 can be considered average at best.
With just two sensors, it's apparent that other features like wide angle and macro or telephoto shots will be unavailable. And honestly, it's kind of better that Oppo didn’t try to make the camera experience gimmicky by incorporating underperforming lenses.
Read realme Pad Mini Review: Is it a worthy budget iPad mini of android?
Speaking of performance, the main sensor does relatively well. Pictures look detailed with a wide dynamic range. But these shots are only outdoors in brightly lit conditions. Anything less than optimum lighting and the performance falls apart.
Low light images have grains and noises which might be a dealbreaker for many. With just 13 MP resolution and the processing power it comes with, we can’t really expect anything more from it. The front camera is also just a generic 8 MP one. It will get the job done but it will not produce outstanding pictures.
The videography, as expected, is just 1080P at 30 fps. The limitation of the sensor combined with the lack of processing power is the main reason for limited videography.
Processor and Performance
The Oppo A57 sports a MediaTek Dimensity 810 processor based on the 6 Nm architecture. The processor has a chip design of 2 2.4 GHz Cortex-A76 and 6 2.0 GHz Cortex-A55 processors.
Read Vivo V25 Pro: Detailed Review with Key Specifications
Even though it is an entry-level processor, the 6 Nm architecture provides impressive efficiency in performance and battery management. However, it doesn’t mean that the device will be able to crunch processor-heavy tasks. Users will see that the device runs well in its day-to-day tasks like browsing the web or social media. But the performance starts to throttle with more processor-heavy tasks like 3D gaming. Titles like COD and Asphalt 9 run on medium settings but even then, the device heats up pretty easily.
So, if you’re planning to buy this device for heavy use, it might not perform up to the expected mark.
Battery and Charge Time
The phone comes equipped with a 5000 mAh battery. There is a 33W fast charging with this device which will top up the device in no time. In our test, we found that a single charge will last the device for about 8 to 10 hours of continued usage.
Price of Oppo A57 in Bangladesh
Oppo A57 is officially available in Bangladesh on a pre-order basis right now. The price of the 4/64 GB variant is 17,990 BDT. However, the price is subject to change depending upon company policy and other issues.

Final Words
Oppo has been a reliable brand in the budget segment for quite some time now. However, the A57 seems to have missed a few key specs which other brands are providing at this price point such as a better camera and AMOLED display. Beyond these two obvious drawbacks, the OPPO A57 is a solid device with great build quality and moderate performance. If you are looking for a standard budget phone under 20000 tk, you may consider OPPO A57.

Vivo V25 Pro: Detailed Review with Key Specifications
There was a time when phones were either budget, mid-range, or flagships. But over the years, the line between these segments got more blurred as companies introduced devices fitting the category of upper budget, lower mid-range, upper mid-range, and so on. Vivo V25 Pro, one of the latest offerings from Vivo. From design to build quality, everything speaks of a proper flagship. But as you will see forth, that really isn’t the case.
Vivo V25 Pro was launched on 25th August 2022 in China. In this article, we take a look at the device and see what it offers at a price that’s increasingly becoming a segment of its own.
Key Specifications of Vivo V25 Pro
Design and Build Quality
Traditionally smartphones in the mid-range and upper mid-range get an incremental update to their previous generations. The choices reflect internal upgrades with a minor tweak on the hardware itself. But Vivo is a complete pathbreaker in this regard. The company has always invested to be inventive not just with their flagships but also with mid-range as well. The Vivo V25 Pro is also a testament to that.
Read Motorola Moto G62 5G Review with Pros, Cons
Weighing 190g, Vivo V25 Pro features a dimensions of 6.26 by 2.89 by 0.34 inches. It can bear dual SIM. The device is resistant to scratches and sweat.
The rectangular camera hump on the back is nothing like the previous generation. The front camera cut-out has also been shifted to a punch hole from the bathtub notch. Speaking of build quality, the frame of the device is made from polycarbonate with a color-matching chrome coating on the back. The back and the front panels are made of glass but there is no rating on their durability.
The port choice remains the same as the previous generation. The volume rocker along with the power button is on the right. The fingerprint sensor is under display this time around and the sensor itself is an optical one.
Read Samsung Galaxy Z Flip4 Review: Is this flip phone worth buying?
But perhaps the most striking change is the color changing back. Yes, you have heard that right, Vivo is using a thermal and UV-sensitive material on the back of the device. It allows for a makeshift change in color once heat or UV light is applied to it. The changes aren’t permanent though. It will revert back to its original color in a matter of minutes.
Overall, the build quality with a quirky back makes for an impressive device considering the price.
The Display
The display of the Vivo V25 Pro is an AMOLED one with an FHD+ resolution and 120 Hz refresh rate. By any standard, this display is a punch above its price point. It even has HDR 10+ support for high-quality playbacks.
The 6.56-inch display is on par with most standard phones out there. V25 Pro’s display sports 1080 by 2376 pixels resolution with 398 PPI density. The panel can churn out 1300 nits of peak brightness in direct sunlight with an average intensity of around 700 nits. This is impressive considering users will not have any problem viewing the display in outdoor conditions.
Read: Vivo V23 series changing the smartphone market with its state-of-the-art features
Moving on to the quality of the display, it hits all the right notes. The colors looked accurate with the hue being a tad on the warmer side. Users will be able to calibrate the panel to their preference easily from the settings. There are also no weird color shifts and the viewing angles looked excellent.
It's easy to assume that the display will be one of the key selling points of the V25 Pro.
The Camera
Being the subsidiary of BBK electronics which also owns Oppo, it's understandable to see that Vivo will put equal emphasis on the camera. In fact, the camera has also been one of the key marketing strategies for different Vivo phones in the past.
The V25 Pro features a triple camera setup. The main sensor is a 64 MP f/1.9 wide-angle shooter with OIS. The supporting lenses are an 8 MP f/2.2 ultrawide and a 2 MP f/2.4 macro shooter. Now the macro shooter might just be a gimmick but the other two lenses are more than capable to lead the photography charge.
Read Oppo Reno 8 5G Review: Key features, advantages, disadvantages
Images in bright light look crisp and sharp. There are ample amounts of details with a balanced dynamic range. Then we did notice a few exposure issues, especially under direct sunlight. Other than that, it’s a perfectly capable shooter outdoors.
When it comes to indoors on artificial lights, the camera holds its ground. The dedicated night mode does an excellent job of balancing details and colors even in almost dark conditions.
The main sensor can also record up to 4K at 30 fps and with the included OIS, the quality gets enhanced even more.
The front features a 32 MP f/2.5 selfie shooter. It’s definitely on the upper end of sensors with a higher MP count. The images look great on the front sensor as well but it’s nothing out of the ordinary. With the selfie shooter you can capture 1080p videos at 30fps.
Read Asus ROG Phone 6 Review: Pros, cons of the hardcore gaming beast
To sum it up, the camera performance on the V25 Pro will not disappoint you, but it won’t exactly blow your mind away either.
Processor and Performance
The Vivo V25 Pro comes with MediaTek Dimensity 1300 built on the 6 Nm architecture. The processor with its benchmark scores sits between the Snapdragon equivalence of mid-range and flagship processors.
The processor has a chip design of one 3.0 GHz Cortex-A78, three 2.6 GHz Cortex-A78 and four 2.0 GHz Cortex-A55. The varied performance levels are induced to bring a better power and performance balance. The CPU has been combined with Mali-G77 MC9. The device runs on Android 12, Funtouch 12 operating system. Even at 6 Nm, the phone is fairly efficient in power consumption and optimization.
The real-life performance also reverberates the specs on paper. Day-to-day usage of the device will be smooth like a breeze. Graphics-intensive titles like Call of Duty and PUBG ran on max settings. You can expect to game for long hours without the device heating up easily.

Battery and Charge Time
The Vivo V25 Pro comes equipped with a 4830 mAh battery. Combined with an efficient processor like the Dimensity 1300, users will be easily getting 8 to 10 hours of continued usage. But that’s not all. The phone also has a 66W fast charging which can charge up to 40% in 15 mins and 71% in 30 mins from zero.
Price of Vivo V25 Pro
The Vivo V25 Pro isn’t officially available in Bangladesh yet. The Official price of the device in China is 3,038 CNY which roughly equates to 41,841 BDT (1 CNY = 13.77 CNY). However, the price may differ when the device becomes officially available in Bangladesh.
Verdict
The Vivo V25 Pro doesn’t really change anything present on the V lineup. The updated design, camera, and processor are all incremental updates that amount to the V25 Pro. However, the camera configuration didn’t exactly have the expected advanced specifications like last year’s upgrade. That is probably the only drawback of the device. Beyond that, users will have quite an experience with this feature-packed premium midrange smartphone of Vivo.

realme Pad Mini Review: Is it a worthy budget iPad mini of android?
In the recent years smartphone brand realme has got huge popularity among the youths because it didn’t limit itself to one or two features, like camera, processor, etc. Instead they carved out value-for-money devices that brought a unique blend of features, performance, and price. In this legacy, its first tablet, the realme Pad Mini was launched on 8th April 2022 in China. In this article, we take a detailed look at the tablet to see whether it can compete with the likes of other android tabs as well as iPads.
Key Features of realme Pad Mini
Design and Build Quality
The design of the realme would remind anyone of the early Note series from Xiaomi or the Tab 6 from Samsung. The device is rectangular with rounded edges to give it a more ergonomic look.
While the pad mini might look like Tab 6 from the back, it looks much like the iPad mini from the front. Thanks to the reduced bezels on all sides. It's not symmetrical like the iPad mini, but it's definitely a welcomed choice in its price bracket.
Read: Samsung Galaxy Z Fold4 Review: Multitasking King for Utilitarian Users
The build quality of the pad mini is quite decent. users will be getting a dual finish on the back where the back panel itself is glass with the top and bottom along with the frame is made from aluminum. However, there is no protection rating for the front and back glass.
Users will find all the traditional buttons and ports. One thing that stood out was the lack of a fingerprint sensor. understandably, brands cannot opt for under-display fingerprint sensors for such budget devices. But the lack of even a physical fingerprint sensor is disappointing. The only form of biometric protection here is the face unlock system.
Overall, the design and build quality of the pad mini is on par with other budget tablets at this price point. The cut corners for the budget are apparent as ever, but that’s just how things are with this device.

Even though users can hold the device in one hand, the screen real estate of the pad mini is much larger to suggest that it is by no means, a one-handed device. And that is thanks to the slim bezels across the 8.7-inch IPS LCD.
Most android tablets other than the high-end flagship ones still use LCD panels. The choice is obvious because of the cost and because individual pixel visibility isn’t a great factor for large-screen devices.
Moving on, the display boasts a 1340P resolution with 179 ppi density. On paper, this might seem like nothing. 1340P resolution also puts the display in a weird position as it's neither something that will blow away with performance nor will it let down.

The display choice is somewhat understandable as most android tablets from budget to mid-level range come with a similar setup. We checked the outdoor visibility of the tablet and it was legible in auto brightness mode. There will be occasional color shifts here and there as it is still an LCD panel. But the overall consumer experience will be satisfactory for the price it comes at.
The Camera
Cameras are never the strong suits of any tablets. It feels like back cameras are included in a tablet for the sake of including one. The story is also similar to the front-facing one. With the Realme Pad mini, users will be getting an 8 MP shooter on the back and a 5 MP shooter on the front.
There is nothing great or mentionable about these sensors. These are just other generic lenses that are good for casual shots here and there but nothing that can be called photography standards.

Moving on to the front, the 5 MP camera will be good enough for video calls or conferences. It isn’t an ideal selfie shooter in any way. And to be honest, that has been the goal of Realme to begin with.
And as for the main sensor, it is also aimed as a document scanner rather than a photography tool. Cameras in the tab are all about work utility so there’s hardly any room for complaints.
Processor and Performance
The Realme Pad mini comes with a Unisoc Tiger T616 processor based on the 12 Nm architecture. The octa-core processor has a chip design of 2 2.0 GHz Cortex-A75 and 6 1.8 GHz Cortex-A55 chips.

This is a complete entry-level processor which isn’t going to be performance-heavy. But that is hardly stopping the device from being a utilitarian device. Users will be able to blaze through everyday tasks like browsing the web, social media, or content consumption. The processor can even power graphics-intensive games at mid-range settings.
The only drawback is that the device gets heated easily with processor-intensive tasks. Other than that, the performance is right in line with any budget smartphones or tablets out there.
Battery and Charge Time
The realme Pad mini is equipped with a 6400 mAh battery to power the large display. Thankfully, users will also be getting an 18W fast charger in the box which will roughly charge up the device in about 2 hours.

Price of realme Pad Mini
Realme Pad Mini is officially available in Bangladesh. The price of the Pad mini is 21,349 BDT.
Verdict
The android tablet has always been a hit or miss for whoever tried to venture into this space. Unlike Apple, no company was able to enjoy unrivaled success as the iPads still account for the majority of tab sales across countries.
realme here didn’t try to reinvent the wheel. Rather they took the existing cues and made a device that delivers on all fronts. Other than the camera, there really isn’t much to complain about the realme Pad mini. And that really makes it a great budget option for those looking for an android tablet in the market.

Samsung Galaxy Z Fold4 Review: Multitasking King for Utilitarian Users
Expectations from Samsung have always been high. In line with their innovative approach, the company launched its first-ever foldable smartphone, the Galaxy Z Fold in 2019. While the first had a few critical drawbacks, the company has since fixed and upgraded its offerings. Samsung launched the Galaxy Z Fold 4, the latest and greatest in their foldable lineup on august 25th 2022. In this article, we take a look at the specs and ergonomics of the device to see whether it can replace conventional smartphones.
Key Specifications of Samsung Galaxy Z Fold4
Design and Build Quality
The design elements of the Samsung Galaxy Z4 Fold are similar to the previous iterations. The display, both the inside and cover are exactly the same size as last year. But Samsung has made some cool changes in the overall dimensions. The device is now slightly thinner and shorter all the while maintaining the same screen real estate. It just makes the device more manageable.
Everything else is positioned right where they were last year. On the side, there is the power and volume rocker. The power button acts as the side-mounted fingerprint scanner. As expected, there is no headphone jack on the device.

Samsung has stacked the Z Fold4 with cameras just like last year. The inner and the cover display each has a selfie shooter along with triple primary lenses.
The hinge mechanism has been updated to make way for a smoother opening and closing. But you still hear that bone squeaking noise albeit at a lower pitch.
Overall, the design and the build quality remain the same. We get Samsung’s idea of refined iterations and the company clearly went in that direction.

The Display
There are two displays on the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold4. The main inner display is a Dynamic AMOLED 2X panel with a 120 Hz refresh rate and HDR10+ support. The 2X is just a fancy adage to surmount the foldability of the device.
The 7.6-inch display also boasts a 1200 nits peak brightness for perfect outdoor visibility. Coming to quality, this display is everything you’d expect from Samsung. It's bright, color-accurate, and pixel-dense. The viewing angles are perfect with zero color distortion.
The only noticeable gripe with the inner display is the crease. It's still present in the Z Fold4 and might be an eyesore for some.

While it is much more toned down than previous generations and most users say they get used to it after a while, it is still there and becomes increasingly apparent when using dark mode.
There is also a protective layer over the display which is an absolute dust and fingerprint magnet.
Other than these minor drawbacks, the Z Fold 4 features a perfect set of displays that is both functional and utilitarian all the while being at the top of its range.

The Camera
Users will be getting a total of five cameras with the Z Fold4. The triple camera sensors on the back are a 50 MP dual pixel PDAF sensor with a 10 MP telephoto and a 12 MP ultrawide complementing the main one.
This time, Samsung means business as they upgraded the sensor to be better in line with their traditional flagship devices. Each of the sensors delivers its capabilities.
The main sensor takes far better pictures compared to the Z Fold3. There is great preservation of the dynamic range and details. The exposure was also perfect in every shot during outdoor shots.

The cameras also performed well in artificial lights. Samsung automatically varies the shutter speed to capture more light which results in a near grain-less image even in minimal lighting conditions.
There are two selfie cameras on the Z Fold4. One is a 4 MP under-display one on the inner screen and the other is a 10 MP one on the cover display. The under-display camera is a disappointment just as last year. It’s probably only good for video calls or conferences, nothing more. On the other hand, the cover display camera does a better job and produces usable quality pictures.
The videography of the Z Fold4 is rated at 4K at 60 fps. With the specs and capabilities, one would expect up to 8K support like the standard models. But unfortunately, users won’t be getting that with the Fold4.

Processor and Performance
The Samsung Galaxy Z Fold4 is powered by the Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 chipset built on the 4 Nm architecture. This is the latest and greatest processor from Qualcomm for mobile use. The processor has 1 3.19 GHz Cortex-X2 and 3 2.75 GHz Cortex-A710 and 4 1.80 GHz Cortex-A510 chip designs for efficient yet powerful output.
And the results are clearly visible. The Z Fold4 blazes through whatever that’s thrown at it. Samsung has developed a unique split screen feature where it splits at the joint. This allows for a perfect multitasking operation. Many users are calling it the best multitasking device out there because of its sheer processing capability and ease of use.
In addition to multitasking, users will also enjoy superior performance in gaming. The device can play the leading 3D graphics-intensive titles with ease and on max settings.
Read Vivo iQOO 9T Review: A High Performance Phone with Elegant Design
To sum it up, the processor and performance of the Z Fold4 are on par with the best flagships out there. In fact, it even outshines many because of the multitasking usability.
Battery and Charge Time
The Samsung Galaxy Z Fold4 comes equipped with a 4400 mAh battery. Now the 4400 mAh battery might seem very small for a 7.6-inch device. But the efficiency of the 8+ Gen 1 chip and the cover display means that the device will be able to comfortably last a day’s use on a single charge.
There is also 25W fast charging included in the device which can charge it up to 50% in 30 minutes.

Price of Samsung Galaxy Z Fold4 in Bangladesh
The Samsung Galaxy Z Fold4 is currently available for pre-order in Bangladesh. Users can pre-order the device from the Samsung website for around 240,000 BDT for the 12/256 Gb variant. The price is subject to change depending upon company policy and other issues.
Final Words
The Samsung Galaxy Z Fold4 is an incremental upgrade to the Z Fold3. The company addressed the issue regarding ergonomics and cameras. These are welcomed changes that made the Z Fold4 even more streamlined as a daily driver.
However, the creaking hinge noise and the crease on the display are still something that might be a deal breaker for some. But as things stand now, the Z Fold4 is slowly becoming a mainstream daily driver, albeit at a very high price point and out of budget for many.

Samsung Galaxy Z Flip4 Review: Is this flip phone worth buying?
Samsung is one of the most popular phone companies in the world, and their latest phone, the Galaxy Z Flip4, has quickly become a favourite. This phone is perfect for those who want an old-fashioned flip phone design but with a better Android experience. The Galaxy Z Flip4 was launched globally on August 26, 2022. Let’s see more details about Galaxy Z Flip4.
Key Features of Samsung Galaxy Z Flip4
Design
One of the great perks of Flip is that it is easily folded in half and will fit well into tiny areas. With Flip4’s new matte finish, it will be less worrisome for anyone to put the phone on top of adjacent items, or boxes of snack food, for example.
Although the primary screen size of the Flip4 is the same as that of its predecessor Flip 3, Samsung has managed to miniaturise its external dimensions. When the phone is folded, the logo-engraved hinge does not protrude quite as much as it did on the previous model; with a folded height reduced by 1.5 mm, thanks to the slimmer bezels.
Read Asus ROG Phone 6 Review: Pros, cons of the hardcore gaming beast
There’s still a notable gap where the screen bends inward where the screen could be scratched or damaged. Like the Flip 3, Samsung also added the IPX8 water resistance feature, which is an impressive feature in the ever-growing foldable phone market.
In practical use, Flip4 proved capable of repelling scratches and scrapes over its gecko and metal frame, with a potentially minor resistance coming from dust particles.
Displays
The Flip4 is difficult to categorise due to its unique screen. It entails a diagonal measurement of 6.7 inches, and its surface aspect ratio of 22:9 makes it narrower and longer than most phones. Just like the usual Samsung mobile device, the Flip4 delivers rich colours and razor-sharp details, and you will surely love the 120-Hz refresh rate.

However, you may face a little issue with the viewing angles if you fold the phone slightly. But, looking straight will make everything clear.
The foldable dynamic AMOLED 2X display with HDR10+ and 1200 nits at peak will give you a smooth experience. Moreover, the 1080 x 2640 pixels resolution with ~426 PPI density will give you a soothing video-watching experience. The cover display comes with 260 x 512 pixels Gorilla Glass Victus+ and Super AMOLED 1.9 inches.
The cover display will be a great use to play music, and the display contains a default play button that will start the last song you listened to.

Cameras
There are three cameras on the Samsung Galaxy Z Flip4, which at first glance resemble those on the Z Flip 3. Samsung has stated that a 12MP primary sensor on its latest Galaxy Z Flip4 enhances contrast by 65% from the one found on other Galaxy Z Flip 3 models. The 12MP ultrawide camera portrays the same feature as the 10 MP internal selfie cam the phone has. And the software has not changed notably compared to its old model.
The display’s 10MP (corresponding to f/2.4) punch-hole sensor sits in a central space, while the two sensors located above the cover are an OIS-supported main 12MP (corresponding to f/1.8) sensor and a 12MP (corresponding to f/2.2) ultrawide.
The apertures between Flip 3 and Flip4 are largely identical, and the only difference in the primary 12MP camera sensor is observed to be a slight widening, which improves the picture quality even more. The rest of the hardware and features remain identical to the Flip 3.

In addition to that, video digital image stabilisation (VDIS) and optical image stabilisation (OIS) are both improved with the introduction of the FlexCam mode; when the phone is held like the 1990s camcorder, the bezel swings to a 90-degree angle.
Performance
The Qualcomm Snapdragon and Exynos processors in many of Samsung’s first-class-brand products can be differentiated by performance, camera behaviour, and other attributes. Fortunately, none of your Exynos chips can be found in the new Galaxy Z Flip4 foldable phones, so performance will be more consistent wherever you are in the world.
While the Flip4 prioritises compactness over productivity, it does not reduce the Qualcomm 8 Plus’s performance. The chip found in the Android flagships Asus releases this year, such as the Zenfone 9, and the Taiwanese company’s gaming behemoth, the ROG Phone 6, is the same as what’s found in Android flagships by other device producers.

The phone offers 8GM RAM across all the variations, while the internal memory features 128GB, 256GB, and 512GB storage. As with the Flip 3, the new model begins with 128GB of non-expandable (but speedy) UFS 3.1 storage, which boosts the phone’s speed.
Considering Flip 3 has already proven itself to be a valuable device, Z Flip4 should excel at satisfying the existing user base for many years to come. Additionally, Samsung’s promise of four years of Android OS updates and five years of security updates with the Z Flip4 makes a better long-term investment in a smartphone than most other flagships.
Battery
The Samsung Galaxy Z Flip4 comes with a 3,700mAH battery which is an improvement from the Flip 3’s 3,300mAh. You will get a 25W wired charging feature alongside the 15W wireless charging capability. Also, it is equipped with 4.5W reverse wireless charging features. So, you may get a day-long battery life with moderate use.

Price of Samsung Galaxy Z Flip4
Although Flip4 has launched globally, the Bangladeshi market will not get the phone right away. Samsung Bangladesh is taking preorders now. The price for the Bangladeshi market is not fixed yet, and the phone starts at $999 or BDT 95,393 ($1= BDT 95.49)
Final words
The Galaxy Z Flip4 has a 6.7-inch display and is powered by a Qualcomm SM8475 Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 octa-core processor. It has several strengths, such as design, processor, and displays, that make it the perfect choice for stylish users. Its impressively compact design aims to offer standard performance. On the whole, the Samsung Galaxy Z Flip4 is the obvious choice for those after a clamshell foldable right now.

Asus ROG Phone 6 Review: Pros, cons of the hardcore gaming beast
The Asus ROG Phone line has long dominated the gaming phone market. Through a mix of incredible performance, thoughtful gaming features, stylish design, and well-planned accessories, it has routinely destroyed the competition. One of the newest devices from Asus, the ROG Phone 6, was released on July 5th, 2022. Will the latest Asus ROG Phone 6 again be another winner in the gaming section who destroys competition?
Key Features of Asus ROG Phone 6
Design
With its curved, smooth, pearlesque, frosted glass back and its rounded metal sides, the ROG Phone 6 is one of the most attractive alternatives that are now available for gaming phones. It also has rounded metal sides.
The ROG Phone 6, which has dimensions of 173 by 77 by 10.3 millimeters, is a tall and reasonably slender object that is thicker than the majority of smartphones but does not nearly seem awkward. Even though it is somewhat large, the smartphone is still quite pleasant to carry, and it offers premium features, but there is nothing about it that is really remarkable.
Read Oppo Reno 8 5G Review: Key features, advantages, disadvantages
It weighs 239 grams, making it one of the heaviest smartphones currently available; the iPhone 13 Pro Max, which weighs 240 grams, is only one gram more.
It is true that the ROG Phone 6 has a curving back with a frosted finish and matte sides, which give it a luxurious and appealing appearance. However, the back is rather slippery, so you should use a cover as soon as you begin using the phone. A lightweight, firm plastic casing that covers the edges and offers a little more grip is included in the package, which is a fortunate inclusive.
This gaming phone comes with amazing RGB lighting, action on a second screen, and symbols reminiscent of Stargate.

Display
The display on the ROG Phone 6 is, for the most part, almost identical to the one seen on its predecessor. That indicates that the screen is a 6.78-inch Samsung AMOLED display with a resolution of 2448 x 1080. However, there was significant progress made in one critical area: the refresh rate. The ROG Phone 5 featured a refresh rate of 144Hz, but the ROG Phone 6 has increased all the way up to 165, putting it on par with the very finest gaming phones now available.
When it comes to the display specifications, it may not seem like much for a smartphone that costs as much as it does, but it's perfect for a device designed for gaming. The vast majority of games are presented in full high definition, and the resolution has been reduced to maintain frame rates smooth and high.
The ROG Phone 6 comes to gaming, swiping through webpages, or scrolling through social feeds, the fluidity of the action more than makes up for any potential loss of clarity that may occur.

Camara
Asus has opted for a three-camera setup for the ASUS ROG 6, offering a wide camera with a resolution of 50 megapixels, an ultra-wide camera with 13 megapixels, and a macro camera with 5 megapixels and an aperture that is not obviously stated. On paper, this all sounds completely satisfactory.
This phone does not have a telephoto zoom, which is a bit of a letdown considering that most flagships come equipped with one. Instead, it seems to provide wide, ultra-wide, and macro shooting modes, which are more in line with what one could expect from a camera on a mid-range smartphone.
The ROG Phone 6 has a camera with a resolution of 50 megapixels, which is capable of recording video in both 4K and 8K resolutions, and produces photos that are more than satisfactory when used in daylight. The macro is enjoyable to use but does not provide amazing results, in contrast to the ultra-wide lens, which produces images that are unquestionably very wide.
Read Motorola Moto G62 5G Review with Pros, Cons
When you turn off the lights, though, the whole camera arrangement becomes unreliable and struggles to produce quality images—the kind of images that a flagship device really shouldn't have trouble producing.
At least the camera on the front of the device has a respectable 12 megapixels of resolution, but, then again, you've undoubtedly seen better in this regard as well.
Performance and Software
The Qualcomm Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 is a higher-clocked variant of the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 that is used in flagships such as the Sony Xperia 1 IV and the Xiaomi 12 Pro. It is introduced by the Asus ROG Phone 6, which is available for purchase.
Read ASUS ZENFONE 9 Review: Does this mini powerhouse offer value-for-money?
Asus has done a lot to assist the ROG Phone 6 maintain its cool, despite having a mightier generation of Qualcomm's CPU than the original 8 Gen 1 did. This is in contrast to the fact that the original 8 Gen 1 has become renowned for growing hot under strain.
Asus has moved the CPU such that it is now located in the center of the phone. This accomplishes a few cool things, the first of which is that it transfers the heat away from your hands, which is particularly helpful while playing in the landscape mode.
In addition to this, it relocates it farther away from the metal frame and sets it directly beneath the optional fan attachment. In spite of our initial reservations brought on by the absence of any ventilation channels, people have been quite pleased with the ROG Phone 6's ability to effectively regulate heat during the course of our testing.
Read Vivo iQOO 9T Review: A High Performance Phone with Elegant Design
The Asus ROG Phone 6 is powered by Android 12, and users may access a broad variety of games and applications via the Google Play Store. You shouldn't expect any pre-loaded games when you first turn on the console, but you should anticipate a high level of big-gamer intensity.
The whole user interface is designed around a gaming motif, and when you press the edges of the phone, its performance mode, which is termed X-Mode, activates. This also causes the wallpaper to change.
Battery and Charging
Another year, another 6,000mAh ROG Phone; you can be overjoyed that Asus did not reduce the capacity in any way this time around. It comes as no surprise that the battery life of the phone is very lengthy, with a decrease of around 80 percent in approximately 16 hours while the screen is on and the phone is doing automatic functions like online surfing and basic picture and video editing.
Read Tecno Spark 9T Review: Technical Details and Key Specifications
The ROG Phone 6 can be fully charged with wired fast charging at 65W in under 45 minutes, which is a totally decent charging speed but is not the fastest charging speed in its class. The fact that the phone comes with a charger in the package is also included, which is terrible for the environment but might be excellent for your pocket.
Price of Asus ROG Phone 6 in Bangladesh
The ROG Phone 6 has not been officially launched in Bangladesh. It has a retail price of BDT 95444 if converted from Indian Rupee. The conversion rate here is 1 INR = 1.19 BDT. The official price of ROG Phone 6 in Bangladesh may vary due to company policy, tax, and other issues.
Conclusion
One might make the case that Asus has taken the safe route. The front of the ROG Phone 6 is exactly the same as the front of the ROG Phone 5 and 5s, and people would want to see even more innovation from Asus in the future. Having said that, the mobile device is more refined in its execution of the task at hand and comes with a wider variety of optional attachments than competing products such as the Red Magic 7 and the Poco F4 GT.
Read Xiaomi POCO F4 Review: Get Optimized Gaming Experience
The level of sophistication that Asus offers to the table is what sets it apart from the other options, despite the fact that the competition is fierce. On the whole, Asus ROG Phone 6 may not be the finest phone of the year, but it can win the title of the best gaming phone in 2022.
