Jahangirnagar University, Jul 23 (UNB) -The first meeting of preparatory committee of Jahangirnagar University Central Student Union (Jucsu) polls was held on the campus on Tuesday.

The meeting started at 10 am in the morning in the office room of Prof Dr Sheikh Md Manjurul Haque who is the convenor of the committee.

The meeting reviewed the structure of Jucsu and decided to sit for dialogue separately with the leaders of all existing student organisations.

The second meeting of the committee would be held on July 25.

Other members of the committee, Professors Dr ATM Atikur Rahman, Akbar Hossain, Sohail Ahmed, Ayesha Siddiqua, Anisha Parveen, Mahmudur Rahman, Abdus Salam Mia and Proctor ASM Firoz-ul-Hasan were also present in the meeting.
