Islamic University, Mar 9 (UNB) - A three-day workshop on ‘library digitalization and automation’ began at Islamic University in Kushita on Saturday with a view to making campus based digital library.
IU former proctor and syndicate member Professor M Mahbubar Rahman inaugurated the workshop as the chief guest at the university’s central library in the morning.
IU librarian M Ataur Rahman conducted the workshop while a team led by Khulna University of Engineering and Technology’s librarian Akkas Ali took part in the workshop.
Among others, IU student advisor Professor Paresh Chandra Barman, Professor Ahsan-Ul-Haque Ambia and assistant proctor Anisur Rahman were also present there.
