Eminent poet Nurul Huda, Editor-in-Chief of GTV Syed Ishtiaque Reza and District Editor of news agency United News of Bangladesh (UNB) and Chandpur Journalist Forum’s Member Secretary Rashed Shahriar Polash Bangladesh Shishu Academy Director Anjir Liton were, among others, present at the programme held with Jatiya Press Club President Saiful Alam in the chair.
Lauding Mizan’s poetry book, Rezaul Karim said enthusiasts like Mizan can remove the negativities through their works.
Nurul Huda also praised Mizan, saying, “I managed to go through the book in only 29 minutes and within that short time, I was extremely impressed by his first poetic venture.”
Thanking the audience, Mizan said it would have been impossible to author the book had his family not supported him. “Especially, I want to thank my wife who went through and reviewed the draft of my book. Without her guidance and the support of my daughter and son, it would have been impossible for me to publish this book.”
The book published by Oitijjhaya Publishers will be available at their No. 14 pavilion at the ongoing Amar Ekushey Book Fair.
