They are Hiron Khan, 38, of Ghotbaria village; and Selim Mia, 60, of Raibhog village in Sadar upazila.
Selim fell sick after he returned from an event of Tablig Jamaat while Hiron after returning from Narayanganj.
Both tested positive for the virus on April 11 and were taken to the isolation unit of Barguna General Hospital.
Md Sohrab Uddin, superintendent of the hospital, said the two were found to be negative for the virus in separate tests on April 19 and 23. "We took them to their homes around 3pm on Friday," he added.
According to the civil surgeon's office, the district has so far confirmed 23 cases of Coronavirus. Of them, two lost their battle against the deadly virus.
Currently, 19 patients are being treated in the district.
Bangladesh so far recorded 131 deaths and 4,689 cases from the virus as of Friday noon.
