Seven new dengue patients were admitted to different hospitals across the country in the last 24 hours till 8am on Wednesday.
Three of them were hospitalised in Dhaka, the Directorate General of Health Services said in its regular update.
Bangladesh was hit by a massive outbreak of the mosquito-borne disease last year.
DGHS said 1,01,354 people were hospitalised with dengue in the country between January and December. Of them, 1,01,037 made full recovery.

The huge number of patients put a severe strain on the country’s outstretched medical system while the failure to contain the outbreak triggered widespread criticism.
The Institute of Epidemiology, Disease Control and Research received 266 reports of dengue-related deaths. It confirmed deaths of 148 people from dengue after reviewing cases.
