Four more people have tested positive for coronavirus in Keraniganj, taking the number of total cases to 31 in the upazila.
Confirming the matter, Upazila Health Officer Dr Mir Mobarak Hossain said the infected people were sent to Kuwait-Bangladesh Friendship Government Hospital in the capital for treatment.
Samples of 75 more people have been sent to the Institute of Epidemiology, Disease Control and Research for test, he said.

The local administration put the upazila under complete lockdown from Thursday.
Meanwhile, 10 more people died from coronavirus in Bangladesh in the last 24 hours till Thursday, taking the death toll in the country to 60.
Besides, a record 341 people tested positive for the virus during the period, taking the number of such cases in the country to 1,572.
