She came up with the information at a press briefing at the Secretariat over JSC, JDC exams scheduled to begin on November 2.
The Minister also said the government directed the authorities of coaching centres to keep those shut from October 25 to November 5 for ensuring fair and copying-free examinations.
She also directed all concerned to remain careful so that no one can spread any rumour on social media over question leak.
The examinees will have to be enter the exam halls 30 minutes ahead of the exams and the authorities have been directed to report with all details of the late comers to the concerned Education Board instantly, she said.
Physically impaired students will get an extra 20 minutes for the exams while the visually impaired examinees and those with cerebral palsy related impairment will be provided with proxy writers.
Examinees with autism, down syndrome, celebral palsy will be given extra 30 minutes and allowed to take assistance of teachers, guardians or helpers in the exam halls.
Teachers, students, office staff have been directed not to use mobile phone or any other prohibited electronic devices within 200 meters of the exam halls, said the minister.
Legal actions will be taken if anyone, except examinees and exam related people, enters the exam centres during, before and after the exams.
This year, some 2,661,682 students are expected to sit for the JSC and its equivalent exams.
