To curb the rise of coronavirus infection in Joypurhat restrictions have been imposed in all the municipalities of the five upazilas of the district till June 30.
This was the third time restrictions were imposed in Joypurhat.

During this time all shops, stores, businesses and public transport would remain closed.
However, drug stores would remain open.

Meanwhile, in the last 24 hours, two coronavirus infected patients died and 75 others tested positive for coronavirus in the district, said the Civil Surgeon's Office.
Coronavirus infection rate in the district was 5 percent before the Eid that rose up to 37.3 percent in the recent days.
