Sylhet District and Session Judge Bazlur Rahman has been appointed as the registrar general of the Supreme Court.
The law ministry issued a gazette notification in this regard on Monday.

According to the notification, Bazlur Rahman was made the registrar general of the Supreme Court as per the directives of the chief justice.
The current registrar general of the Supreme Court Ali Akbar is scheduled to go on retirement on February 28.
