Pakistan and Japan played out a dull 0-0 draw in their first match of the Asian Hockey Champions Trophy at the Maulana Bhashani Hockey Stadium in Dhaka on Tuesday.
Pakistan’s first outing of the event, the second match on the opening day, could not yield a result as both the teams failed to score a goal, reported IG News.
Pakistan’s goalkeeper, Mazhar Arshad, was adjudged as the Man of the match for his brilliant performance.

The goalkeeper had faced visa issuance problems and joined the squad late, only yesterday.
