Dhaka, Apr 6 (UNB) - Two lowly teams -- Rahmatganj Muslim Friends Society and Brothers Union Club -- played a goalless draw in their 11th round match of the Bangladesh Premier League (BPL) football at the floodlit Bangabandhu National Stadium here on Saturday evening.
After the match, old Dhaka outfit Rahmatganj MFS remained at the 9th slot in the 13-team league securing nine points while Gopibagh team Brothers Union remained at bottom with four points.
Although both teams displayed some good efforts producing some chances, the match remained goalless.
Rahmatganj maintained their domination from the beginning of the game.
Their skipper Siyo Zunapio made two successive attacks in the 31st and 32nd minute, but missed chances.
In 38th minute, Brothers got a chance to score from a corner kick but missed closely. In the 41st minute, Brothers missed another chance as the referee signaled an off-side.
