Najmul Hossain Shanto, the top-order batsman, will lead the Tigers in the event.
There are six players in the 15-member SA Games squad who have played at least one game for the national side.
Along with Bangladesh, the hosts Nepal, Sri Lanka (U-23), Maldives and Bhutan are the other participants.
Bangladesh will play their first game of the event on December 4 against the Maldives before taking on Bhutan on December 6. Tigers will face hosts Nepal on December 7 before their last league fixture against Sri Lanka on December 8.
After the league stage, the top two teams will be promoted to the final. The third and fourth team will play a match for third place as well.
