The championship is scheduled to be held on September 20-29.
Runners-up Bangladesh team placed in Group B along with former runners-up India and Sri Lanka while hosts and defending champions Nepal will play against Bhutan, Maldives and Pakistan in Group A.
In their next matches, Bangladesh will play against India on September 23 at the same venue.
The Group A champions will play Group B runners-up in the first semifinal while the Group B champions will play Group A runners-up in the second semifinal, both at the APF Stadium on September 27.
The winners of the semi-finals will play final at the same venue on September 29.
The draw ceremony for the championship held on Thursday at the BFF house in Motijheel.
SAFF General Secretary Anwarul Huq Helal and BFF General Secretary Md Abu Nayeem Shohag were present on the occasion.
SAFF U-19 Championship has been officially changed to SAFF U-18 Championship from 2017 edition.
Earlier, Bangladesh ended third in the SAFF U-19 Championship 2015 after conceding a 4-3 goals defeat in a penalty shootout against India in the semifinal on August 27 in Nepal while they ended runners-up in the SAFF U-18 Championship 2017 in Bhutan.
