Finance Minister AHM Mustafa Kamal called on Turkish Vice-President Fuant Oktay in Ankara on Friday.
During the meeting, they discussed various bilateral issues to boost trade and commerce between the two countries, said a PID handout.
Minister Kamal highlighted the progress of Bangladesh and investment benefits to Vice-President Oktay when the latter expressed interest in leather goods.
Oktay said the diplomatic relationship between two countries is good. He said the two countries have to do business with cordiality instead of being competitive in order to increase trade and commerce.
