A fire broke out at the jhut warehouse at Konabari in Gazipur on Tuesday.
Tasharaf Hossain, senior station officer of Gazipur Fire Service, said the fire broke out at the tin-shed jhut warehouse at 6:25pm and spread soon.
Four firefighting units rushed to the spot and are trying to extinguish the blaze.
Three more firefighting units are on their way to the spot to bring the inferno under control.
