Some places in Sylhet, Rangpur, Dhaka, Mymensingh, Chattogram, Rajshahi, Barishal and Khulna divisions will see light to moderate rain with temporary gusty wind. A number of places may record moderately heavy falls, said a regular bulletin.
The well-marked low over East Madhya Pradesh and adjoining area now lies over Madhya Pradesh and adjoining Uttar Pradesh, the Met Office said.
The axis of monsoon trough runs through Rajasthan, Haryana, the centre of the well-marked low, Bihar, West Bengal to Assam across the northern part of Bangladesh, it added.
One of its associated troughs extends up to the North Bay, the Met office said adding that monsoon is fairly active over Bangladesh and moderate over the North Bay.
Day and night temperature may remain nearly unchanged all over the country during the period.
The sun rises at 5:40am in the capital on Sunday.
