Tapan Biswas emerged champion beating Shamsul Alam Setu in the final while Shahjahan Saju finished 3rd beating Rajendra Chandra Dev Barman in a place deciding match of the day-day competition.
International Chess Arbiter Harun-ur-Rashid conducted the knock out basis competition.
The table tennis completion begins on Monday (Oct 14) morning from 11 am while air gun shooting competition will be held in the afternoon from 3 pm.
