According to its latest data, global deaths caused by the virus are now 797,787.
The data shows more than 14.6 million people recovered from the virus infections.

The national case count rose to 5,621,035, with the death toll in the country reaching 175,343, according to the CSSE, reports Xinhua.
So far, the United States remains the worst-hit nation, with the highest caseload and death toll around the world.
Meanwhile, India's coronavirus death toll surpassed 54,849 on Friday.
India has the third-highest number of infections globally with over 2.9 million confirmed cases since the beginning of the pandemic.
South American country Brazil, the second-worst infected country, confirmed 3,532,330 cases and 113,358 deaths from coronavirus.
Meanwhile, Brazilian President Jair Bolsonaro said on Friday that the country is "returning to normal" after the impact of the novel coronavirus.
Coronavirus cases were first reported in China in December last year.
The World Health Organisation (WHO) declared the coronavirus crisis a pandemic on March 11.
Covid-19 situation in Bangladesh
Health authorities in Bangladesh on Friday reported 2,401 new Covid-19 patients which took the number of total cases to 2,90,360 since the first detection of the disease in the country on March 8.
Besides, 39 more people died from the virus infections across the country in the last 24 hours, raising the death tally to 3,861.
Ninety-one labs tested 12,943 samples during the period and 14,20,499 samples have been tested in the country so far.
The number of recoveries climbed to 1,72,615 as 3,624 more patients got cured in the last 24 hours.
