Bangladeshi internet users might experience temporary slowdowns or interruptions on Saturday as maintenance work is underway on the SEA-ME-WE 4 submarine cable located at Cox's Bazar.
According to a press release from the Bangladesh Submarine Cable Company Limited (BSCCL) issued on July 12, the disruption is expected to last for 12 hours, from 6 am to 6 pm.
Circuits linked via the SEA-ME-WE 4 cables will be partially inaccessible today, reads the release.
