Yasir Azman, CEO of Grameenphone, is directly engaging with customers, field forces, distributors, and retailers across Bangladesh as a part of 'Pothe Pothe', a special initiative.
As a part of his tour across the country, Azman is exchanging views in Panchagarh, Thakurgaon, Nilphamari, Lalmonirhat and Dinajpur districts since last Sunday (May 5), said a press release issued on Tuesday.
During these discussions, Azman expressed Grameenphone's commitment to utilizing advanced Artificial Intelligence (AI) technology to deliver customers superior network experiences. For example, by leveraging AI, we can predict customers' usage patterns, enabling us to efficiently meet network demands. During the visit, Yasir Azman was accompanied by Md. Atiqul Hossain, the Circle Business Head of the Rajshahi region, Grameenphone, along with other officials.
