Under her magical leadership, Bangladesh has moved out of the World Bank's list of low-income countries to become a lower-middle-income country earlier. The GDP growth target for the current financial year has been set at 6.75 percent. This government has taken the initiative of the biggest projects in the history of the country, the implementation is going to be visible constantly. It can be thought that in this country, which is called as 'bottomless basket', hundreds of groundbreaking examples of development and prosperity including Padma Bridge, Dhaka Metrorail, Dhaka Elevated Expressway and Karnaphuli Tunnel have been built at the cost of thousands of takas.

Bangladesh is now one of the centers of international business. There are 100 economic zones, hi-tech parks are being developed. We have Padmaseti, Kornaphuli Tunnel, Metrorail and many more. In a word, from a bottomless basket, under the leadership of Awami League, Bangladesh has now become a tiger of the South Asian economy. We have come from low income countries to middle income countries. The country is developing in all areas. The only reason behind this is the skillful and magical leadership of Awami League, which is closely related to the birth, consciousness and liberation war of Bangladesh.
Honorable President Professor Dr. Md. Sajjad Hossain said in his speech that born in exchange for the lives of 3 million martyrs, the tears, glory and blood of millions of mothers and sisters, this Bangladesh has to overcome thousands of obstacles to reach its present position. Under the rule of BNP, Bangladesh, the world champion in corruption, has today become a digital Bangladesh rich in education, knowledge, science and technology. The goal is now a smart Bangladesh with smart citizens. The young society of this country, enriched with knowledge, science and technology, is determined to build a developed and smart Bangladesh under the leadership of Awami League President Hon'ble Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina.
