With this, a total of 973 overseas returnees are currently in home-quarantine in the district, said Civil Surgeon Dr Sheikh Fazle Rabbi.
He urged all to maintain the home-quarantine rules properly.
Blood samples of seven patients from Chattogram have so far been sent to the Institute of Epidemiology, Disease Control and Research (IEDCR) in the capital but no one has been found to be infected with the virus, he said.
The civil surgeon also said they were yet to receive kits for testing coronavirus although those were scheduled to arrive here within the last 48 hours.
Divisional Commissioner of Chattogram ABM Azad on Friday said the testing kits and other equipment would be brought to the port city within the next 48 hours.
Meanwhile, three more people have been diagnosed with coronavirus on Sunday, taking the number of cases to 27 in the country.
The number of globally confirmed coronavirus cases rose to more than 300,000 on Sunday. So far, the virus has claimed 13,068 lives -- a mortality rate of 12 percent, according to Worldometer.
