Six leaders of Bangladesh Chhatra League (BCL) Khulna unit have been suspended temporarily for posting on Facebook expressing grief over the death of Jamaat leader Delwar Hossain Sayeedi, who was sentenced to life imprisonment for crimes against humanity in 1971.
The information was revealed in a press release signed by the BCL Khulna unit president Parvez Hawlader and general secretary Imran-e-Hasan.

The expelled leaders are District Chhatra League Deputy Health Affairs Secretary Md Irtajul Gazi, District Member Moudud Ahmed Milon, Terkhada Upazila Vice President Rony Fakir, Organizing Secretary SM Hasibur Rahman, Dumuria Upazila Vice President BBA Kajal and Paikgachha Upazila Joint General Secretary Md Sabbir Hossain.
