The High Commission urged the Australian citizens, the permanent residents and the New Zealand citizens usually residents in Australia who are interested in purchasing tickets on such a flight to complete the registration form by 4pm on Thursday (April 23).
On Thursday evening, the Australian High Commission in Dhaka helped 290 Australian citizens, permanent residents and their immediate families find a way to return home to Australia on a nonscheduled Sri Lankan Airlines flight.
