Director General of Rapid Action Battalion (RAB) Forces Additional IGP M. Khurshid Hossain has been given promotion to grade-1 rank. 

Besides, Dhaka Metropolitan Police (DMP) Commissioner Khandker Gulam Faruk has also been given promotion in the same grade. 

Public Security Division of Home Ministry has issued a notification in this regards on Tuesday afternoon.
