Dhaka South City Corporation (DSCC) has declared Shirin Mansion, a three-storey building that partially collapsed due to an explosion at Dhaka’s Science Lab area on Sunday killing 3 people, as 'risky'.
On Monday, the DSCC authorities put up a banner declaring the building 'risky', DSCC regional executive officer Marina Nazneen said.
Currently, police and investigative agencies are collecting the evidence, she added.

"We have informed the matter to the Technical Committee of DSCC, who work on 'Hazardous Buildings' and the committee will take the further decision," she added.
Earlier, members of Fire Service and Civil Defence, Counter-Terrorism and Transnational Crime Unit of Police visited the area.
On Sunday morning, at least three people died and twelve were injured when the building partially collapsed due to an "explosion that triggered a fire" at Dhaka's Science Lab area.
The deceased were Tushar, Shafikuzzaman, and Abdul Mannan.
