Food Minister Sadhan Chandra Majumder today said that Bangladesh will become a developing nation through the advancement of agriculture.
“Agriculture is closely linked to the lives and livelihoods of our people. Economic development is not possible without agriculture,” he said while addressing an event in Naogaon.
“Agriculture is a top priority for the government. The government provides free agricultural products such as fertilizer and seeds every year,” he said.

Shahjahan Hossain Mandal, upazila chairman of Sapahar, UNO Abdullah Al Mamun, and other administration officials and local political leaders were present.
