Improve port facilities: BARVIDA to Mongla Port Authority


The leaders of Bangladesh Reconditioned Vehicles Importers and Dealers Association (BARVIDA) have urged the Mongla Port Authority (MPA) to improve facilities and facilitate its services.

They also requested the chairman of MPA Rear Admiral Mohammad Shahjahan for an office at port premises and port entry pass for their members.

BARVIDA President Abdul Haque led the delegation at the meeting with Shahjahan while high officials of the port also were present there.

The Chairman of the port assured to address their proposals as soon as possible, according to a press release.

BARVIDA leaders also thanked the port authorities.

Vice Presidents of the association Mohammad Saiful Islam (Samrat) and Md Jashim Uddin Mintu, Joint Treasurer Md Saiful Alam, Cultural Secretary Benazir Ahmed, and the Executive Members Abu Hossain Bhuiyan Ranu, Syed Jaglul Hossain, Md. Ziaul Islam, Ahsanur Rahman Arju, Md Mahbubur Rahman and Mohammad Mokhlesur Rahman also attended in the meeting.
