Obaidul Quader said, "People are at peace, happy or are people suffering in the language of the opposition? If people are happy, BNP suffers, Fakhrul is suffering. People are comfortable, I wouldn't say it's very good. People are relieved that this is a cause of discomfort for Mirza Fakhrul Islam. That's why he's not in a good mood.

Quader said Fakhrul is now blaming the government for politics. Today, due to the world war, sanctions, counter-sanctions, countries like Pakistan, countries like Sri Lanka are struggling. In India, commodity prices are rising more than ever before. The world economy is largely responsible for this.

Mentioning that there was no crisis in Bangladesh, the Awami League general secretary said, "We did not have any crisis here. Everything was at a tolerable level here. But I tell Mirza Fakhrul Islam when you are bringing these baseless allegations against the government when you say that there was no joy for the people this Eid. If there is no joy, how many more animals have been sacrificed this time than last time? Does he have an account of that?”
