Later, the processionists gathered at Bangabandhu Chattar in front of the administrative building and locked the building.
The students also demonstrated on the campus on Wednesday night to push for their demand.
The agitating students alleged that no one can speak against irregularities of the VC as there’s no freedom of speech on the campus.

The agitation was launched when the university administration suspended a student, Fatema-tuz-Zinia, also university correspondent of the Daily Sun, on September 10 for her apparently ‘objectionable’ writings on social media Facebook.
University authorities on Wednesday revoked the suspension following widespread protests.
