A three-day book fair will be held at Islamic University in Kushtia on February 21-23.
University authorities have also chalked out elaborate programmes, including discussions, hoisting of national and black flags and cultural events on the occasion of the International Mother Language Day on February 21, said a press release on Wednesday.
IU Vice-chancellor Prof M Harun-Ur-Rashid Askari will inaugurate the programmes as the chief guest at Bangla Mancha adjacent to the university’s arts faculty building in the morning.
